Units should come with 2 remotes. A customer is already spending alot of money to be charged even more for on extra remote for garage door. Mike was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well.

I had an outstanding service rep. While thinking I needed a new garage door opener, he showed me how my door itself needed maintenance, and how it was causing severe strain on the opener. While we replaced the sprocket assembly, the door itself needed big time maintenance. He was very polite, communicated well, took the time to explain and give me options. On Saturday my garage door spring broke. I had a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday morning that I have been waiting for 6 months and if I had to cancel it would have been another 6-12 months before I could get rescheduled. My daughter called Precision because she had the same thing happen to her door in December. She thought the service was so great that she wanted me to have the same experience. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday and I was relieved that I was going to be able to make my appointment. It turned out that a technician could come out the same day which was even better. It was almost 9pm when the job was completed. As an elderly person, I was so impressed and grateful that I received such amazing service.
