He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option. Units should come with 2 remotes. A customer is already spending alot of money to be charged even more for on extra remote for garage door. Mike was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well.

I had an outstanding service rep. While thinking I needed a new garage door opener, he showed me how my door itself needed maintenance, and how it was causing severe strain on the opener. While we replaced the sprocket assembly, the door itself needed big time maintenance. He was very polite, communicated well, took the time to explain and give me options.
