When I found your website, I knew I would be in good hands because the very first thing you do is check the balance on the door. I thought your approach would be thorough and professional. I was right. I am very satisfied with the service provided on my garage door. I didn't know I was living with an accident waiting to happen. Nobody wants to hear the bad news that something needs to be fixed - but the alternative was scary. I'm very happy I called and I am satisfied with my lifetime warranty for parts and labor. I know I won't have to worry about this particular problem for as long as I live in this home.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and explained everything he was doing as well as answered my questions.
