Our experience was pretty terrible with this company. After two months from the time of the order, we have garage doors installed and they look good and work well, but are not exactly what we had ordered. Our order was actually messed up a couple different times. The technician was fabulous, but the office staff were not super helpful and messed up the order at least one of the times.
Hi Christine, I'm sorry for the mix up. Your doors were 6'9" tall instead of the standard 7'. This is no excuse, and the technician should have caught this. Again I'm very sorry for the mistake, and the delay on your door. If I can be of any further assistance please call. Joel Belyew

Looked them up in phone book. The first time they came out the gentleman was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He was here on time, for me that is a plus. There was a sticker left by my opener, so the next time I called and made an appointment for same day. They arrived thirty minutes early which was great, and even called first to make sure that was alright. They are a great company and will use them anytime for my garage door.
