They were able to come out within hours. Zeke was very kind and explained everything to us and gave us multiple options for the repair. He did all of the repairs right then and even tuned it all up. The door is running even better than when we had it first installed (by a different company). We can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely won’t call anyone other than Precision for our garage door going forward. You’ve gained a customer for life.

Never dealt with a garage door company so well run. My first call for overhead door service was to the nearest company to my home that Google listed; it turned out to be Precision. I was blown away when the person I talked to said they could send someone over yet that day and it was like 6pm. The tech came out and replaced the 20 yr old motor in about an hour. Then a couple days later there's an add for Precision so I had them come out and replace a second motor. Further, I was impressed the way they followed up with text messages. Now when I need garage door service I don't need to call Google, just Precision.

Kevin and Kole came out and looked at our garage door and were very nice and friendly. Our springs to our garage door were outdated and they were able to give us a reasonable quote for a new system that was budget friendly. It was installed same day in no time at all. They were very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend them to our family and friends.

A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.

Eric was fantastic. He explained everything clearly. He gave us options for us to choose from. He was professional, showed up on time and introduced himself. He got straight to the issue I explained and showed me the circuit board which caused the problem. I will have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises again.

I was able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quick. It was a good experience from the first phone call. I was greeted with a friendly person on the phone as well as the technician that came out. The technician was courteous, professional and answered all of my many questions. I spoke with 2 ladies who were polite, helpful, without being pushy, and knowledgeable with quick responses. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Was efficient in making the repairs and make sure all devices were in sink and operating properly following the repairs.

Serviceman/installer was good. What is sad is that Precision Garage Door did NOT honor their warranty! Even though I had 1 year left on my Precision Door Opener unit, they said the part that went bad (sprocket) is no longer available. So I had to buy a new opener - out of pocket cost. Yes they gave credit to purchase the new one, but still out of pocket cost way toooo early!

Precision was the first pop up on the Internet search. I am so glad! Brandon came out, checked the issues, explained what was wrong, gave multiple options of how to correct, explained differences between the options, did the work in an exceptional amount of time, explained everything he did, showed all the chills and frills and was absolutely fantastic to deal with, talk to and get answers. That man needs a humongous pat on the back and either a raise or a big bonus! I'm not joking, he is the kind of person that I love to deal with! Huyah!!!
