Nick and trainee Brandon were dispatched to my home at my request for a garage door tune-up (I was excited I had a coupon for $69). Unfortunately, there were other issues that needed to be addressed. They were more than kind, honest as well as empathetic, but not at all 'pushy.' They worked to obtain the best possible pricing, and when I agreed to move ahead with the improvements, they physically worked very efficiently to remedy the potentially damaging issues that existed (wrong springs, rusted bottom brackets, worn cables, & original rollers - which were all stressing out my opener). I also asked that they install new bottom rubber on the door. They did it all and were extremely neat; no mess at all. Even though it certainly cost more than I was intending to spend, it was a pleasant and comforting experience! Nick and Brandon were great!

Technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener - i.e. lack of power, Made correction, then serviced entire system (motor, spring, door rollers, etc.). All works well now. Well worth the service charge!

Precision came out mid winter to fix a broken garage door for my Mom so I called them to do a check up of my garage door. Brock arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and pointed out some repairs that needed to be done to avoid a similar fate to my mom's door.

One of our garage door springs snapped yesterday afternoon. I saw a coupon for Precision in a mailer, so I called. They weren't able to get anybody to my house until almost 24 hours later. The service tech, Orlando, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. But rather than just repair the spring, he tried to upsell me on a bunch of other improvements. I don't blame him personally, as I imagine this is company policy. But a $350 coupon was turning into quotes of $970 (cheapest) to $1700 (longest lasting). All of this for a garage door that is only 8 years old! He agreed to email me the quotes so I could look them over, and only perform the originally-requested spring replacement for the time being. He did a fine job, so this review is in no way meant to reflect poorly on Orlando. But I do not appreciate companies that try to take advantage of folks whose cars are stuck in the garage, by attempting to convince them to pay hundreds (or a thousand dollars) more for improvements that are not necessary. I got a second opinion from another company, and they agreed that there was no need to do more than replace the springs. So while "upselling" seems to be a common business practice, I am happy to see that not every company relies on it.

Tony did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and fixing the problem. I would highly reccomend that you ask for him when getting work done on your garage door. Tony is a people person who actually cares about the customer and employer at the same time and it showed in the high quality of work he performed.

Our technician was Anthony and he was outstanding. We explained the problems with our to garage doors, and he proceeded to troubleshoot the issues. He informed us of the problems he found and then he offered us several options to resolve our issues. We elected to replace our to aging garage door openers, and Anthony carefully explained the advantages of several choices we could make. We choose two different openers and Anthony set about installing the new openers. He also added reinforcement to one door that was starting to bend. After the installations were done, he set up the two openers in our garage, and the two number pads on the outside of the doors and programmed the two remote controls, and programmed our car to open the doors. He then installed an app on my iPhone and trained me how to use it to control the doors from anywhere. I could not have asked for anyone better than Anthony.

I found company on line. It said call today and we’ll be there in 4 hours. So, I called. The lady I talked to was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. She gave me a window for the tech to arrive. He was on time. Early in the window in fact. He also contacted me about 30min before arrival. I had a broken spring on an 8 year old door. Colin K was the tech. Very pleasant, informative, and did an excellent job. He installed new upgraded springs (2), shaft bearings and rollers. The door now works great. First, we chose Precision based on your same day service and the reviews of work done by your technicians, and your company did not fail us on either reason. When the technician, Cole P., arrived, he was on time the same day, and performed a great job. He was friendly and respectful of both us and our property. He explained what his steps would be in looking at our problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was, he explained to our understand what that was and then reviewed with us about 4 or 5 different options and costs. Once we chose the option best for us, he proceeded efficiently with the job, and problem was solved, all in the same day visit. In closing, I would like to say that in my pre-retirement job was a manager over all Administrative services at a hospital, dealing with hiring/firing employees, and working with many other outside my department. In Cole, you have a dedicated, friendly and respectful employee who keeps the customer informed of the work, and all he is doing. We enjoyed meeting him, and he is truly a keeper as an employee. The door was making noises which necessitated my call initially so I decided to get the replacement springs and related parts.
