Corporate greed has taken over and for 1 1/2 hours worth of work with two springs and a new cable and $1100 later we are back up and running. We didn't get an estimate of how much everything was going to be till the installer had already removed the springs. I think we would have gotten a 2nd opinion had we known it was going to be this much. I would have gladly paid the $88 for your initial visit. I know I have an 8'0 heavy door, but let's be realistic. It's eight years old, so the door wasn't broken. If we had gone with the lesser springs it would have been $700 and $400 more for the heavy duty springs, which your installer recommended. I am shocked that you can get so many five star ratings with the way you do business. Shame on you for the way you conduct your business!

We had a cable cord break on our garage door about 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I called two local companies and neither one could get to me until Monday. I Googled Emergency Garage Door Repair and Precision Garage Door popped up. I called them and I had a service technician at my home 15 minutes later. The technician (Brock)was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the cable and recommended a couple of other things be replaced but he wasn’t pushy at all. I was extremely happy with the quick and efficient service the Precision Garage Door provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The service we received from Drew definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He quickly identified the problem with our garage door and made the repair. He also took the initiative to retape and tuck away the wire and coil that had pulled away from the wall… now it looks much nicer and professionally done. Drew noticed a couple items that could potentially cause future issues, with no pressure to make the repair, however, I did ask that he go ahead and fix those potential problems. What a great company to deal with. No high pressure sales. Did they suggest extra services? Yep! Were they all needed? Nope. And the tech let me know which ones should be done and which I could wait on. being retired I opted to only go with one additional service and am glad I did. The door works fantastic! The company worked with me on the price.I'm very happy with the service. Jarad ,the tech they sent was fantastic. Friendly, polite and an asset to this company. If you have garage door problems. Call this company. Great service and good prices. Hopefully I won't ever need garage door service again. But if I do, this is the company I'm calling.

Brandon came out, checked the issues, explained what was wrong, gave multiple options of how to correct, explained differences between the options, did the work in an exceptional amount of time, explained everything he did, showed all the chills and frills and was absolutely fantastic to deal with, talk to and get answers. That man needs a humongous pat on the back and either a raise or a big bonus! I'm not joking, he is the kind of person that I love to deal with! Huyah!!! Never dealt with a garage door company so well run. My first call for overhead door service was to the nearest company to my home that Google listed; it turned out to be Precision. I was blown away when the person I talked to said they could send someone over yet that day and it was like 6pm. The tech came out and replaced the 20 yr old motor in about an hour. Then a couple days later there's an add for Precision so I had them come out and replace a second motor. Further, I was impressed the way they followed up with text messages. Now when I need garage door service I don't need to call Google, just Precision.

A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.
