I was able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quick. It was a good experience from the first phone call. I was greeted with a friendly person on the phone as well as the technician that came out. The technician was courteous, professional and answered all of my many questions. I spoke with 2 ladies who were polite, helpful, without being pushy, and knowledgeable with quick responses. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Was efficient in making the repairs and make sure all devices were in sink and operating properly following the repairs.

Serviceman/installer was good. What is sad is that Precision Garage Door did NOT honor their warranty! Even though I had 1 year left on my Precision Door Opener unit, they said the part that went bad (sprocket) is no longer available. So I had to buy a new opener - out of pocket cost. Yes they gave credit to purchase the new one, but still out of pocket cost way toooo early!

Precision installed our garage door opener about a year ago. We have had some issues with the door opening "on its own". They came out the same day we called, and the tech checked it out. In the last 24 hours we have not had any further issues. The tech was polite and efficient. He thoroughly explained the issue and the steps he took to solve the problem. He was very helpful. Precision as a company is very professional and communicated with us before and after the tech was here. I highly recommend Precision.

Tony came to my house on time and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything perfectly. I knew I needed new eyes for the garage door to shut, but he showed me how old and worn my rollers were and that the bottom brackets were rusting out. Would recommend him to anyone. He not only replaced the spring but also conducted a full inspection of my door and opener. He explained what all he found and what he recommended. I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!
