I called on Tuesday morning because my garage door spring had broken and they were able to come out and make the needed repairs within a couple of hours. They also identified some other items that had worn or were about to break and made those repairs also. Thanks for the great service

My experience with Precision Garage Doors was absolutely amazing. I am pretty much used to little or no cut timer service- but this company has not forgotten who pays their salary. Everyone was so kind, friendly and courteous. They kept in close contact right up until the serviceman arrived. He was so attentive and professional. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Y’all are rocking it!

Drew T performed the repairs! This is the second time we have used this company (2 different homes) and will always use them in the future! Very knowledgeable, professional and approachable! Nick was polite and walked me through what he was going to look at and gave me a few options to consider. Zero up sales on anything. Presented me some facts and I made the choices. I had done some research prior and knew what I would be looking at potentially. Ended up doing the heavy duty springs. Good Service!

Andrew was the tech who came out. First, he was on time, very professional. After assessing the problem (of course the problem I was experiencing did not occur.) He presented several options. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. There was no pressure in making this decision.
