My garage door jammed and I called Precision. Their original on site fee was very reasonable and they had a technician come out within an hour and fix the issue. I had never done anything to the door other than springs and a new door opener and I have lived in my house for over 30 years. The cables had all snapped and there was plenty of damage. The technician was amazing. He explained everything and was very up front about all that was needed. He gave me a full price of the repairs. He had the items in his truck and he had me back up and running within 2 hours. I was thrilled with the whole process and the new parts make my door open and close easily. I am very happy with the service I received.

My experience with Precision Garage Doors was absolutely amazing. I am pretty much used to little or no cut timer service- but this company has not forgotten who pays their salary. Everyone was so kind, friendly and courteous. They kept in close contact right up until the serviceman arrived. He was so attentive and professional.
