Very professional.. Ben was my guys name and he did a good job, was knowledgeable, did an inspection and recommendation of future problems that may arise, left me a quote and wasn't pushy or trying to make an immediate sale. He was very friendly, groomed like a real man and former military.. did the job pretty quick even though I talked to him most of the time. The owner gives them the best equipment and vehicles to use and they take great pride in being an asset to their company

I am very pleased with how quickly I was able to get service. When I called, the person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. I was having trouble with my garage door closing all the way. Mike made some adjustments and installed new rollers. Now the door works great and much quieter than before. Mike was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions. This was my first time using Precision and I will definitely use your company for any future needs. Great service!

Who was my Technician arrived and was very helpful and patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions about the door repair and other options for a whole new garage door install. My garage door opener would not operate and was making a loud noise. It is over 17 years old so I thought that I was going to need to replace it. Mike F arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the tension on the chain. He adjusted it and the opener worked again. He then removed the cover of the opener to inspect the plastic drive gear and showed me that it was almost worn out. I asked him to replace it to avoid another repair call. My opener is working good as new and I did not have to replace it. Thanks to Mike F for excellent service.

I needed to get a new door and opened and these guys were great! My only "complaints" would be 1) it was a month to fit me in for installation.(too popular I guess) 2) They were a bit expensive. But, other than that, I'm super satisfied and my house looks great with the updated door. The wifi feature is awesome and the door is super quiet during operation. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I highly recommend Precision. The service tech, Andrew, called us about 20 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He was able to easily help us with our service request and then took time to check and re-lubricate the coils and checked to make sure doors were in good operating order. He went above and beyond our service request.
