Precision was great. My garage started acting up on Easter morning, and we had to manually lock it. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Precision the next day (yesterday). Within 3 hours, tech Josh showed up and was done in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased with how efficient the process was. Josh explained everything and gave me some options for how to address our electrical issue with our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He also showed me how to do some quick DIY maintenance on my garage. So far, there have been no malfunctions with the door today.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.

Kevin and Mark arrived promptly and began their assessment. Very helpful in explaining our options and then proceeded to repair/replace all that was necessary. Will definitely call them again, but hopefully it will be several years before doing so.

Chase was great. He arrived on time and clearly explained the issues with the garage door. He was courteous and professional. The repairs were done quickly and had all the parts on their truck for the repairs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of original hardware kit that was used to install the original door. The door is only two years old.

The sales & install teams were outstanding. The whole process went smoothly - from design & quotation to purchase & installation. Analisa Gonzalez was very communicative & did a great job throughout the process. Martin D. (install) ensured that the installation went perfectly.

Our garage door quit working over the weekend. It was easy to make an appointment first thing on Monday for later that same morning. The technician, Joey, arrived promptly and did a great job evaluating the issue and then replacing the broken parts in a very timely manner. Happy to now have newly working garage door in a very quick period of time.

Eric was awesome. Extremely personable and easy to work with. Also, he didn't try to nickel and dime us for what we wanted. It was an easy conversation, not a sales pitch. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone. Especially those who are looking for a great price!

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had. He called and wanted to show up early (but I was still at work, and didn't expect it based on other "service guys" time quotes). I would highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

I was not sure if anyone could have fixed my mess up. It was fabulous that you got there working a few hours of my call and fixed my garage door within an hour. More work will be done later for a final fix, but my door Is working and I’m so grateful.

I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door stopped working. I thought it was the spring, but Jeff and Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue — my 14-year-old motor had failed completely, and they showed me the broken pieces. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail, walked me through my options, and let me make the best decision for my family without any pressure. They also identified some additional issues (worn bearings, aging spring) and helped me understand what needed attention. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean. I'm very happy with the new motor, belt system, and spring they installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Jeff and Brandon. These guys know their stuff and genuinely care about doing the job right!

The team led by Vladimir was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. When the job was done, they also helped us program the openers in our cars which saved us some time.

I have worked with your company before and really liked your customer service. One of your men came out this morning to service my garage door and I was very impressed with him. He was helpful and explained features of the door that a consumer should know about. He was respectful and clean. I will recommend your company to all of my friends and family in the future. A happy customer, Angela

Garage Door Service is definitively a 5 star company and I highly recommend them for any type of service. They offer high quality products and superior services. I requested service for my garage door and a tech was provided that same day. Tech "Stuart" was prompt, professional and courteous. He patiently listened to my problems, examined my door/opener and provided a customized plan to address my concerns and resolve the problem. Tech Stuart implemented the solution in a timely manner and kept me apprised of his progress. When the job was complete, Tech Stuart made sure his work area was clean and free of any debris. He also provided great instructions on how to operate my new equipment and link it to the Alladin App. As a senior citizen, it was very refreshing to work with a patient, honest and considerate professional like Stuart. Garage Door Services is a 5 star company and they have certainly earned that rating. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Josh. He arrived within two hours of my call. After explaining what he found, he and his assistant went to work. When they were done he explained to me my new opener. I have learned that one of my friends had used Precision and was as pleased as I was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to Joel for fixing my door and making the process smooth and educational. I like that he walked me through the complete process and gave me many options to choose from. He ensured that I understood each step he took during the process and made sure I understood what was going on and why. I'm a novice and slow on understanding what was taking place but he was easy to understand and encourage the questions I had. I test the new motor and the workings of the door for a couple of days to ensure I was satisfied and I am very satisfied. Thank you Joel and hope the rest of your team provide the same type of service.
