Technician Colin arrived exactly at the requested time. After his garage door investigation, he recommended what needed to be done. He replaced 2 tension springs,3 bearings, lubricated all moving parts, fine tuned garage door in less than an hour. Then he gave me a discount, explained to me everything that he had done, and left 90 minutes after his arrival. Technician Colin is very knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I will request him again if needed.

I called Precision at 9:30 pm & the repair was underway at 8:30 am the next morning. Scheduling was easy & the service was very prompt. Drew was great! He arrived on time and was professional. He explained the process, his findings, and repair options clearly. He offered tips & advice to both maintain & prolong the life of my garage door. He is knowledgeable about replacement options, but did not pressure me into replacement.

From initial phone contact and scheduling to completion every step was thoroughly explained and inspired confidence. The initial intake and scheduling communication was helpful and superior to competitor inquiries. Communication was good when an opening allowed an earlier service time. Teddy arrived and explained every step to my wife initially and then consulted with me over the phone. 3 option quotations were provided and explained at various price points. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently during the same visit from in stock parts on the service truck. We will make a point to return to this company for any future service needs. In less than 2.5 hours from the initial call our garage door springs were replaced and we were operating normally again.

I called Precision because after a year since installation the door wouldn’t close. It kept popping back up after the button was hit. I thought it was the eyes, but Drew came out and discovered the problem. Quick and easy process and he went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before he left. This is my second home I’ve used Precision for my new garage door and all service will continue to be provided by them.

We received service from Isaac W he was very informative and pleasant. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. This was the first time ever needing service for our garage door and he made us feel comfortable and at ease of having a wonderful, competent, and down to earth technician. Honestly I hope he stays because the employees is what makes a company stand out and Isaac did that for Precision. Precision replaced a defective opener with a very quiet one for us in the past, so we called them again when the other garage door opener was acting erratically. The primary problem turned out to be a broken spring and worn out bearing, not the opener. Orlando was efficient and paid attention to little things that made a difference in how the door works. He also lubed the rollers on the other garage door as a courtesy. I called at 1:30pm and they were out the next day. It was not an emergency, so next-day service was great!

Great response time. Josh came out, was easy to work with, gave valuable suggestions, and installed a new garage door opener and spring in less than 90 minutes. Fixed our noisy old garage door to where it is almost silent now. Really recommend a call to Precision Garage Door Service!

We called Precision Service to fix our older industrial grade garage door when the main cable snapped. The repair guys that came out were first class. They arrived on time and were so polite and knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to fix our old garage door and it is working great! Nick and the other repair technician were punctual, professional and courteous. They described the repair process and priced out my options clearly. Although there was an attempt to upsell some optional upgrades, they answered all my questions that allowed me to make an appropriate decision without any pressure. They had all the needed parts on the truck to finish the job quickly. Also booking the appointment was fast and convenient to my schedule. The lady took all relevant info up front so repair techs were prepared. Very excellent service.

I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! Night and Day! They were professional and efficient and did quality work for a more than reasonable price. They left their work space clean and were so friendly and my result was great. I highly recommend this company!
