Our service from my call in to the the day of replacement and repair, on a Sunday mind you was top shelf. Elliot our repair technician was super knowledgeable and professional. He not only made the repair, but also found other areas of soon to need be attention. He provided me a quote and itemized all cost. Some companies do not share instead just blow you awaiting a big quote. Elliot was super knowledgeable about parts and services. Highly recommend Elliot for anything that Precision sends his way.

I had an emergency and could not get car out of garage due to broken spring. Precision came out same day and did a great job of installing new spring plus several other worn-out parts.
