Failure to open yesterday prompted a call, and today he arrived shortly after a phone call. After explaining the problem he worked quickly and efficiently to correct it. He replaced a wooden brace with a much better one, lubricated the track and rollers, took the slack out of the chain, and adjusted the torsion spring. And managed to get the opener to operate more effectively. He answered all my questions, is polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. If the rest of your technicians are of his caliber you are fortunate indeed.
