He showed me exactly what was wrong, and made the repair quickly. In addition, he showed me other needed repairs, and gave his professional opinion, but was not pushy or aggressive that I have the repairs made that day. He was understanding of my situation, and made me feel comfortable with my choice. As a manager myself, I know it is very rare to find individuals of this caliber, and Precision is lucky to have Mike representing the company. We had a sixty year old garage door replaced with a new door and new hardware. Josh came out to the house and gave a very informative assessment of the door and hardware with our replacement options that was easy to understand. Amanda was very helpful in sending us color samples to make sure we made a good decision plus pictures of optional door styles. Jessica always answered our calls regardless of the day or time. Troy installed the door. He was on time and worked efficiently. After the installment we had uneven concrete at the end of the garage due to the age of the house. Eric came out and immediately trouble-shooted the issue and came up with a weather-strip solution that worked well. All is all, with the end result, we really like the look of our door, the opener and all of the hardware.
