Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out. Like I said I have many rentals and I am always happy to pass along a good service provider. Thanks for making this happen so fast today. Very satisfied. We did not know what was needed - new motor, new door, simple repair. Our technician, Jeremy, was very helpful in making that decision. He told us our options, then even gave his opinion. He was professional and feel his opinion helped us make the right choice....all in unfavorable weather, 6* wind chill. We will no doubt recommend Precision to others and use them in the future. We replaced rollers, springs, drums, and cables.

Great service! Josh came to inspect the garage door and within a few minutes was able to determine what was wrong. He provided me with options for the issue at hand. No hassles and no pressure. I agreed with the option for direct repair and in a matter of minutes was able to service and repair the door. Very quick service and a now a very satisfied customer.

New garage door and door opener installed. This happened on a Saturday so I was very impressed with the same day service. The 2 young men who made the firt visit were very polite and helpful inassitng me to make a decision on whether to have the door repaired or have a new one installed. The technicians that installed were very professional as well. I was impressed by your background checks and uniformed technicians in Precision vehicles. Rated 5.

Eric was quite the professional. He phoned 10 or so minutes before arriving, and when he did arrive he presented himself very well. He was careful to inform me that as soon as the problem was diagnosed he would conference with me and explain my options and the prices. We had a new door opener and keypad installed. Afterward Eric called me out to the garage and operated everything in my presence, explaining as he went along. All in all I am very pleased with Eric's professionalism. As far as I am concerned he sets the standard for what I like to see in repair professionals.
