Precision has done it again! I bought an Angie's List coupon last summer and had a new key pad installed, plus some other work done. Andrew was my technician and he was wonderful. Today it is my good fortune to have Michael as my technician. The roller pooped out on one side and I had to close the door manually. He explained exactly what happened and was done in a flash. We discussed the condition of the other door parts and he explained that I might want to think in the near future about replacing the springs and the drums. Michael was patient in explaining what both parts do and what happens when they break and that there would be no warning- they would just stop working. I didn't feel he was trying to up sell me or push me so guess what? I'm having him do both things! Both experiences I have had with Precision have been wonderful. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know and I will write a second review for Angie's List. I don't know how you do it, but you have a corner on the market for hiring the most wonderful young people. From the office people to Andrew last summer and Michael today- everyone has been kind, courteous, polite, well spoken, knowledgeable, patient AND everyone has laughed at my odd sense of humor. Customer Service seems to have taken a back seat to rudeness as of late and Precision has not followed this trend. You seem almost old fashioned in your approach. I am old fashioned so I really like it! KUDOS to Precision and to Michael! He is my new favorite!!

Discovered coupon for free service call with repair. Andrew was service tech.-- pleasant, neat, professional. Repaired door opener, also recommended replacing rollers on door which I agreed to have done. Recommended spring be replaced but I chose to wait until another time. No pressure sales pitch. Completed work promptly. Will definitely choose again for needed service.

Jeff called approximately 10 to 15 minutes prior and arrive promptly thereafter. He was very professional and personable in appearance and demeanor. He was very knowledgeable in the installation and operation of garage doors and openers. After installing our new Liftmaster Belt Drive garage door opener he pointed out some other issues he had discovered during that process on our 22-year-old garage door and its hardware. Once those issues were pointed out it was very apparent that other repairs needed to be made. Jeff offered several options and allowed me to choose the option best for us without any pressure on his part. He proceeded to make the chosen repairs and completing all repairs in an expedient and timely manner. He explained and demonstrated the operation of the new system. I was amazed at how quietly our garage door now operated. In fact I have never heard a garage door operate this quietly and I've owned several different type doors and openers. I would highly recommend Jeff and Precision Overhead Garage Doors of Indianapolis to anyone who needs garage door repair and/or service.

Very satisfy with the job this guys did, they arrived when they said they would. Very professional and clean work, they fixed the garage door motor opener, also they replace the spring and the cables. They replaced some of the hardware, and they did it fast, however they showed to me what they did and they proved that they did it right, (because I was little skeptical) I asked them a lot of questions. Overall I am very satisfied with this company.

Dear Folks, Late last evening, our garage door spring gave up the ghost. Called Precision this morning and was greeted with a great big "Hello, this is Amanda, how can we help you!" I must say that she was pleasant, professional and very helpful. She said that Jeff would be out between 2 and 4. She finished the call with, "Thank you Mr. Clawson, have a nice day!" Well so far so good. Jeff arrived at the appointed time, gave the situation a once over and let me know up front all the options. After asking a few questions he started working on the door. Jeff is professional, well spoken and in speaking we found out we were both vets. He did a great job. He represented the company in a very positive light, and said he was proud to be a part of it. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. It is a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect and to relate to others who treat you kindly. I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Thank you so much!
