Just had the door opener "tuned up". Jason, the technician, was very professional. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time using Precision. Last time was two years ago. No problems with system since then. Prior to that another company was coming out quarterly to fix problems. The Precision techs know what they are doing. I will be a customer for a very long time. Thank You Precision

Need to replace garage door and opener. Precision is one of the "Angie's List" companies that I called for an estimate. Corey was right on time and explained each item of the estimate. A little high on the estimate, but sometimes that's not all bad.

So far so good. Josh and Chad were very patient with our questions. This was a major expense for us and our budget is very tight so we hope the work done today will prevent major expenses down the road. There is a huge difference in $210 and $614 though.
