They hit the grounding running with an immediate and free estimate and from there it was an easy choice moving forward with them. Troy installed a great door that even closes much quieter than the door before it. I will be recommending people call Precision first.

Excellent efficient service, from the time of making the inquiry at the office (Amanda) through completion of all the work by Eric. Replaced garage door opener, added an outside keypad, tune up and replaced the lining of the door. The technician noticed the old one was corroded and could let mice squeeze in, as well as cold weather. Customer-oriented company.

You have been here in the past and have done good work. Andrew went above! Andrew came out and did an A-1 job and showed us what was up and got us fixed up and running in no time. I purchased an "Angie's List" Big Deal to have my door inspected and rollers replaced for both my doors. In addition to performing that service, they programmed my car, handheld and keychain remotes so that everything can open both doors now. They pointed out the safety hazards of one door that needs new springs as well as an overhaul to the door opener, and explained very well how hard the opener is working since the door is not balanced. I realize it needs additional work, but can't commit to having it done right now, and they expressed their concern but also understood my financial constraints at this time. Thank you!

I found your business through a Big Deal on Angie's List. Your staff replaced all the rollers on the garage door and inspected other aspects of the door. They found frayed cables that were replaced and for which I am grateful, otherwise it would have meant another visit later. Staff were cordial and informative. They recommended spring replacement but were not pushy when I declined for now. Overall a 5 and will use them in the future and recommend to my friends.

Tech was very friendly, I knew right away I could trust him; not only if my wife was home alone, but in my home by himself as I picked up our daughter from school.
