Josh was very knowledgeable and educated us on what our door needed. He gave us several options and gave us the pros/cons of each. He rebuilt our door and installed a new opener. Among other things, being able to check the bios and pictures of the employees was a confidence booster. I was very pleased with the service and product. Hi, Overall, this was a great experience. The service performed was a rebuild of the garage door opening system. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. My only regret is that I did not look further on the web site to see that there was a coupon. I spent a lot of money for this repair and getting even a few dollars off would have made the experience even better!
