I had no idea what to expect since I bought the service through Angie's List. What a pleasant experience!Andrew was wonderful!He called to tell me when he'd arrive. He knows his stuff and took time to explain everything in layman terms. He answered all my "what ifs". He is very polite and respectful. He even laughed at my corny jokes! Also he is patient.

Andrew was absolutely wonderful! Polite, courteous, respectful and he knows his stuff! If I ever hear of anyone needed a garage door company, I will 100% recommend Precision and especially Andrew! I'm so glad I bought the Angie's list coupon- it was on a whim and it turned out to be a very smart whim indeed! Andrew replaced the rollers and installed a keypad as well as servicing and tuning the door.

Technician Mike did a great job. Neat in appearance in spite of temperatures in the 90's. Very pleasant and easy going. Installed new keypad per agreement, found broken spring and repaired. Explained everything in detail and was prepared to answer any questions. Work was done quickly and efficiently. No complaints!

Your Tech was very professional and was very respectful to the one in training. I felt they were very complete in the inspection of the garage door and when I had a question they were knowledgeable with their answer. I felt the inspection along with the free remote keypad entry installed was worth the special you offered thru Angie's List. Thank You.

Mike was the technician that came out. He was on time and called me a half hour before to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I showed him what the problem was and he explained to me all of my options. Once I told him what I wanted to do he promptly started on the resolution. He was very efficient in replacing my rollers and he also installed a support bar along the top of my garage door. I am completely satisfied with the service he provided. He was very professional the entire time.
