-pleased with response time (after 5pm response was very good and no additional service charges were added!) -service tech Mike was friendly and respectful. He made sure I was aware of options and pricing and answered questions. -while the repairs were very expensive they were understandable. The garage door and components were nearly 20 years old (worn and broken) and needed a complete overhaul. -repair time was efficient and work was thorough, clean and complete.

I called for a garage door repair and was scheduled for that afternoon. Jeff called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had finished ahead of time at his previous appointment. This was GREATLY appreciated. He arrived, made his "diagnosis", and proceeded to repair the door...explaining everything he was doing and why. Again, GREATLY appreciated. He went above and beyond all that was required and I will call requesting him, if and when I have any further problems with my garage door.

To be honest, I can't specifically choose one thing in your advertising that stood out, but in using the "Yellow Book," your ad seemed stronger than the others. This might've been the size (full page), attributes stressed, and the fact that you had 24-hour service. In any case, we had company coming out to visit the next day, and we had little time to find the "perfect" company. Fortunately, we picked an excellent outfit to repair our broken spring. Precision handled our need in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner. Their technician, Jeff, arrived at the promised timeframe on the very next day, and efficiently fixed the garage door problems we had. Our garage door hadn't had regular service--probably since the original doors were installed. So, Jeff pointed out some other concerns, and was able to fix those issues on the spot. He didn't pressure us, but explained to us how all the parts work. Now, it feels like we have a brand new door! The door now opens and closes silently, and quickly. It gives us confidence and piece of mind that the service was done correctly, and well worth what we paid. I will strongly encourage my friends and family to use Precision Door Service in the future, and I'll certainly call them again for future needs. Thank you.

When I phoned for service, the lady that took my call was very courteous and helpful with my questions. The technician was very courteous and explained everything concerning parts and the importance with the function of the door.
