I had a competitor out to service my door and they told me that I needed a complete new opener. I called them twice to come out to give me an estimate and they never responded. I called Precision and they came right out. I read Jeff's bio on and it was exactly spot on! He looked at what is not a typical installation at my residence and jumped right in with no complaints. I had done some research on the internet and discovered that there is a kit to fix what was wrong with my opener and he had one on the truck and promptly installed it, put on a new door gasket and made sure everything was operating properly. He is a fantastic technician and Precision is definitely reccommended!

Technicians provided excellent service. Somewhat satisfied comment is due to inability to work with existing door opener therefor Angie's List Big Deal could not be used as advertised. Door was serviced and necessary adjustments were made.

Troy was on time, and got right to work installing our new garage door. He installed it very quickly and professionally and it looks and operates great! So far so good. Josh and Chad were very patient with our questions. This was a major expense for us and our budget is very tight so we hope the work done today will prevent major expenses down the road. There is a huge difference in $210 and $614 though.

Just had the door opener "tuned up". Jason, the technician, was very professional. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time using Precision. Last time was two years ago. No problems with system since then. Prior to that another company was coming out quarterly to fix problems. The Precision techs know what they are doing. I will be a customer for a very long time. Thank You Precision
