I had used Precision previously. I was satisfied then as now. Each time the technicians were knowledgable and ver pleasant. There was a trainer and trainee. All my questions were promptly answered. The instructor programmed the opener on my automobile. That helped a lot because I did not have to user the car manual, which can be hard to understand sometimes. I will definitely use Precision for future needs.

For a late night call, our Service Tech was very polite, personable, and professional. Had the springs replaced quickly, and identified an unseen problem that was repaired, as well. I was unable to be home at the time of service, but my husband reported that the technicians did a great job. We originally had broken springs, but the technicians also found a few additional parts that needed serviced in order to keep our door up and running. We were glad they were so knowledgeable and were able to help us with all of our repairs. Quick and timely!
