I choose Precision because they could be there the quickest. But now we will call Precision because of the professional way they resolved our problem. Corey was absolutely outstanding in performance, appearance, knowledge, and personality. What a pleasure to have Corey a true professional come to our home. I had new springs installed, and the door wouldn't close the next day....or it would open and close sporadically. I called, and, apparently, I needed a new motor as well.The technician responded as soon as possible and installed the motor, and it is operating perfectly. Unfortunately, when he was hammering to install the switch, it set off my alarm system. The technician called me and even tried to contact my neighbors, but wasn't able to. He was very concerned and really went out of his way to be helpful.

I would give the service five stars. The response was immediate. The telephone contact was very pleasant and efficient. The technician explained the problem very clearly and performed the service expeditiously. He showed me that the springs were no longer functioning and why and he replaced the entire package. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient.

Precision was not my first choice until after the first vendor showed up late, unprepared to install a new door opener and needed to reschedule 4 days later. My wife and I were steamed and promptly called what should have been our first call: Precision. They arrived on schedule - Sunday no less, came prepared, answered all my questions and installed a new opener within 45 minutes. Precision will now be my first choice and it should be yours.
