Mike came out to replace a broken torsion spring. He inspected the door and all the parts and pointed out the wear on them. He fully explained the pros & cons of replacement. He left the decision up to me. I highly recommend Precision for any overhead door service.

Serious scheduling issues. I was told appointment between 10-12 on 10/3/12. 12:00-no tech. I call scheduling again. Now told appointment between 12-2. Tech finally arrives at approximately 2:30 and he notes that appointment was from 2-4. I had to take a whole day off from work when my intent was only to be out in the morning. I am extremely unhappy about this!

yes, I liked the fact that you come to the home with samples and color charts and that weekend appointments are available.Having the options to utilize these two services made selecting my garage door a breeze. Jared came to my home with the samples and explained the difference of the varied styles. Eric followed up with me and set up a weekend appointment for my husband and I to come in and view our door and color selections. Troy came and installed the door and did an excellent job explaining the procedure and cleaning up nicely afterward. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! I am a satisfied customer.

Jared came out. It's the 4th time in 4 years that I have had problems with the cables. Not sure the issue is resolved long term. Jared and others who have come out have been very professional. Appreciate how this problem has been handled.

The service was quick. most places wanted us to wait two days before they could send someone out. Precision appologized for having us wait until the next day. Then the Tech was very informative. He pointed out that the last time we had the springs replaced, the company we selected used the standard springs, as to where we needed the heavy duty ones. And he pointed out the damage to the rest of our system because the first company we used gave us the wrong parts. We will use Precision for all our future garage door repairs.
