Corey, did a fine job. Little expensive no complaints, everything cost more these days. Only one thing, I now see daylight above door and under door. I am pleased with everyone who has performed their trade at my house on those service calls. However I fear that the problem was not resolved with my new garage door opener. The two door techs could not have been more knowedgeable. My garage door opener again failed to completely close. However it came down within a quarter of an inch of closing completely. I am waiting to see if it fails one more time. Then If it fails again I will be placing a call to Precision. Thanks.

Jeff did a great job! Previously, the door would make the bedroom shake as it opened. Now, it can only be heard. A huge improvement. We replaced the one broken spring with two, improving the balance, and upgraded the other hardware.

It did meet my needs. The bolts came off of the door that was attached to the opener. I just wish this service was performed when the opener was installed so I did not have to pay for another service call. The technician did a wonderful job and I am happy with his timeliness and service. I just wish I did not have to pay for another call out (4th time in 2 years). Now EVERYTHING is covered under a warranty, so I hope to not have any more issues until I am ready to buy a new door!
