The service was quick. most places wanted us to wait two days before they could send someone out. Precision appologized for having us wait until the next day. Then the Tech was very informative. He pointed out that the last time we had the springs replaced, the company we selected used the standard springs, as to where we needed the heavy duty ones. And he pointed out the damage to the rest of our system because the first company we used gave us the wrong parts. We will use Precision for all our future garage door repairs.

I felt comfortable with Corey from the beginning; he was knowledgeable, honest and willing to repair as much or as little as I wanted. I did not feel he was trying to upsell me, and he took the time to show me every issue I had with my door, and how much each individual repair would cost. He took the time to explain the natural consequences of each repair individually, and the warranty info for each respectively. He then explained the package deal for my repair that came with a lifetime warranty, and sympathized with the cost, but balanced that with the value and benefits. I hated having to pay the price for it, but I feel I am receiving tremendous value with the repair and any future service related to it. I am a corporate trainer for a living, and the quality of Corey's training and experience was clearly seen and appreciated. When I noticed a small issue with the door rubbing the frame, he listened and went the extra mile to identify and correct the issue rather than giving me some type of excuse, or that he was late for other appointments, etc. Nowadays we all expect superior service, but rarely get it, so that is a reflection on your company, it's values, and integrity. I appreciate the personalized follow-up, and would gladly refer your company to others when the opportunity presents itself. Please thank Corey for me again, and thank you Joel for making a tough financial decision a little easier! I actually do training for a marketing software company, so your listing was first in my organic search, and the description, web graphics, 24/7 availability, and what I read lead me to believe this was the company I needed to do my repair. Thanks again and keep up the good work, training great employees (Meghan too, the rep who took my call!), and providing high quality service!

I choose Precision because they could be there the quickest. But now we will call Precision because of the professional way they resolved our problem. I had new springs installed, and the door wouldn't close the next day....or it would open and close sporadically. I called, and, apparently, I needed a new motor as well.The technician responded as soon as possible and installed the motor, and it is operating perfectly. Unfortunately, when he was hammering to install the switch, it set off my alarm system. The technician called me and even tried to contact my neighbors, but wasn't able to. He was very concerned and really went out of his way to be helpful.
