Serious scheduling issues. I was told appointment between 10-12 on 10/3/12. 12:00-no tech. I call scheduling again. Now told appointment between 12-2. Tech finally arrives at approximately 2:30 and he notes that appointment was from 2-4. I had to take a whole day off from work when my intent was only to be out in the morning. I am extremely unhappy about this!

yes, I liked the fact that you come to the home with samples and color charts and that weekend appointments are available.Having the options to utilize these two services made selecting my garage door a breeze. Jared came to my home with the samples and explained the difference of the varied styles. Eric followed up with me and set up a weekend appointment for my husband and I to come in and view our door and color selections. Troy came and installed the door and did an excellent job explaining the procedure and cleaning up nicely afterward. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! I am a satisfied customer.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and work performance of our Tech Jared. He called ahead, was on-time, gave us a comprehensive review of the problem and his proposed solution. He worked swiftly and apparently corrected the problem. We will turn to Precision for any future needs. Written by William (Tim) Rider on behalf of his daughter Shelley Maynard.
