I wish the doors would rise higher so I could drive in and park inside. If the doors could be a little higher but the doors look great! I am please with the service performed. Thanks

Hi Shemika, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately due to the low clearance, and the support beam obstruction your doors are currently at the maximum height we can get them to open. The only other option we have is to Install a different type of garage door opener called an RJO. If you're interested in this please let me know. Thank you for your business, -Joel Belyew

I found Precision Garage Doors through an Ad in REACH. Very professional company; from the initial contact through installation. Estimate was accurate (no hidden surprise charges). Associates I came into contact with were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. And product is outstanding. They definitely have my recommendation. Thank you Ryan, Vicki, Amanda, and Troy! PS: I had to call them back the next day (Saturday)because my garage door opener was acting up. ugh! I was not excited about another expense....but my garage door opener is old and I knew that I would have to replace it sometime. To my surprise, when the tech came out to look at it - it was working ok. He made a minor adjustment and "wah-la" no more problems. No charge. You can bet when I do need a new gargage door opener, I will only call Precision Garage Doors! I am a very satified customer.

He installed our new springs and cable and explained in detail what was going on with our old door and how important it was to fix the issues we had. Service person was very fast and informative. However, rep on phone quoted me $145, but I was told by the service person that was for a cheap part.

Thank you for your feedback Chris, I spoke with Josh and he apologized for any poor explanation on his part, but he certainly did not mean to indicate the standard springs were a cheap part to you. The standard springs we carry are just that "Standard Springs", they are what is considered standard cycle use springs in the industry. We also offer a better warranty on these standard springs than most of the competitors we've compared them to on both the part and the labor. We also offer our Precision High Cycle springs, that come with an unprecedented warranty in our industry, they have a drastically longer life expectancy, and although more expensive, a much better value. Typically when a customer calls and "how much is a spring replacement?" our staff is trained to assume that customer is looking for the lowest price, and therefore you would be quoted on our standard springs. That being said the technician still needs to explain every option and make his recommendations. I hope this sheds some light on the difference. Was please with the prompt of timing I receive. But I was not happy when he told me that I needed parts other than what I ask for. Was not happy with his sales tatic, cost more than I had planed to spend. Only needed two cable,and he put on two springs plus cables,and that wasn't all he said that I needed. The door is only 9yrs old.
