We were told that a serviceman would be here between 1 and three. I got an E-mail saying 1 - 2:00. At 3:25 I called and asked if there was a problem. Later, Mike called and apologized and said he was running late but would be there soon. When he arrived, I greeted him and told him that it was satisfactory for him to complete each job just as I would expect him to complete our job. He was very competent and polite. He did the job to our satisfaction. We could not have been more pleased with him, his attitude, his skills, and his service. If the office people were as efficient, you have a great company. We originally chose Precision because you advertised "We do the job right!". Mike did..Thanks..If there is a next time - We want Mike..Thank You..H. A. Whalen

Had complete replacement of springs, rollers, cables and bearing for garage door. Service tech was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and why. While the repair was very expensive I got a lifetime warranty on all the parts that were replaced. I would have liked to have had a lower price and maybe a 10 or 15 year warranty since at my age a lifetime warranty isn't a bargain.

I believe we were very fortunate in our choice of using Precision Garage doors. My only complaint is I thought the door would be installed within a couple of days. I was shocked when told it would be three weeks before installation. Otherwise everything went great, the door is in, works great , the staff was very good and new what the were doing. Overall I good experience.
