My Garage Door Technician was Brandon. He did an AMAZING job on replacing the rollers and adjusting my garage door. He was VERY professional, caring and courteous about how he treated me, and also about how he performed his job. I would personally ask for Brandon to come and work on my garage door (if needed) anytime! It’s not everyday you get a guy like him! 10 stars for this very professional young man!

Joel, Service Repairman, was detailed, prompt, professional, courteous and prepared. He offered and provided excellent customer service and timely explanation, repair and installation. Joel provided a thorough breakdown of costs and an estimate that included discount. The estimate was competitive with other providers. It also met my family's budget. We're extremely satisfied with Joel's work. We'd recommend Joel and Precision Garage Doors for your service needs. Joel performed a number of services listed below.

Kevin was extremely thorough while inspecting my garage door and informed me of issues that another company failed to notify me about. He installed new weather stripping on the bottom of my door and was very creative in fixing a gap due to uneven concrete. The new seal fits perfectly and is air tight. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service I received today.

Eric was fantastic! He fixed the issues we were having with our garage door closing properly. He quickly found there was a wiring issue and got it repaired. He also replaced the old rubber seal at the bottom of the door. We have used a large national company in the past and was not impressed with their service and prices. We wanted to try a smaller, local company this time and we are so glad we did!! Eric was great to work with and we enjoyed talking to him as well. We will use Precision Garage Door for any future services.
