Same day service was provided on a complicated garage door issue. My service rep, Martin, was responsive, professional, and provided much expertise and a range of options for repairs. I really appreciated his confidence in getting the door working again and quickly. I may need to invest more in this door in the future but I appreciate the non-hassle approach and will use Precision Door again. I would give Martin 6 stars if I could.

I'm very happy with Teddy!! Very respectful!!! Very professional!! Give this man a raise! ???? I'm a woman and most people try to take advantage of woman, because we don't know anything. Teddy didn't do that. He showed me what I needed done and gave me different options on what to do and how to go about getting it done. Thank you Teddy!! You are truly heaven sent ??

Problem was the sender tech from door one was impacting door three. Technician explained this an issue they have communicated to Genie. Resolution was to attach a piece of cardboard tobthe sender for door 3 that blocks the signal from door one.

I may have sent 5 STAR Kevin & Scott great representation of Precision Overhead Doors - answered all questions with great personalities. Shared age and condition of door & opener. Did not provide any pressure and listened to my thoughts for our future. Teddy arrived very close to four; as I had been given a range of 4 to 7 that was great. He was professional and offered three options to resolve my issue (spring had broken so garage door could not be opened.
