I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!

Brock came the next day on time as scheduled and could not have been more professional and competent. He fixed my immediate problem and gave me an estimate for an overhaul of my three sixty year old doors. I will certainly consider giving them more business.

Had a problem with the operation of our garage door opener. Called the office for service and was able to get a technician out the next day at 8am! He quickly diagnosed the problem and went over my options. In less than two hours problem fixed and I was very satisfied. The technician (Kalu) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience explaining everything to me. He even tightened the springs at no charge.
