Several parts of my garage door unit were over 11 years old and needed to be replaced. Most important was the spring coil. Andrew did a wonderful job explaining why my garage door would open but not stay closed. He gave me a detailed quote of options available for repair today. He showed up on time and was able to make the repairs in one hour because all the parts were stocked in the Precision van. I was not expecting the cost to be so much, BUT if you calculate the expense for the 7 year warranty offered by Precision Garage Door, its a pretty good deal. I would recommend this company for any repairs. They have really good service and price on installing new garage door openers too.

I chose Precision because they were recommended by a family member. All communications were polite and informative. The technician was excellent. The appointment was to repair my garage door, though I was also considering replacing them. He presented me with cost options for both and absolutely did not try to over sell. I ended up having him repair the door that was broken and replace the worn parts on the second door. I would definitely call them again and feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

First time to use Precision Garage Door company. Called at 1pm and they were there at 4pm. Technician Isaac W was very professional from the moment he arrived. He did not try to pressure sell all new equipment. We discussed what needed to be done and what we could continue to operate with. He found some safety issues that I had not seen, and we had them corrected too. He reprogrammed four openers and checked all the door safety features to make sure they worked properly. I have used Precision Door before and I always receive good service and the Technicians are professional, polite, show up, and their appearance is appropriate for dealing with customers. Brock was excellent and he offered assistance to help in my yard from the storm after he finished the repair. I had finished the yard but greatly appreciated the offer.

Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. Our technician Mike was super friendly, explained everything in detail, gave us all available options and allowed us to choose what was best for us. No pressure to do any more than was needed.
