We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.

Royal was amazing!! He was exceptionally friendly with a positive attitude!! He knew the business and was very informative. He gave us multiple options and described each option in detail!! He was terrific!! When we buy a new garage door (which may be soon after our interactionwith Royal), I will definitely go through Precision Garage Door and hopefully have Royal available to install it!! I was very pleased with the work Precision Door did in repairing my garage door. The technician, Kalu, arrived on time, did a careful inspection of the door, and presented me with various options, from just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other parts too that were extremely worn. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. The gentleman that came out and worked on my garage door was professional. He answered all my questions he did a wonderful job on fixing. I took a chance on Precision's internet ad because I was desperate to repair a damaged garage door that day (someone backed out a car without...$$!) A nice woman answered the call and right away that afternoon I had an appointment. Whoosh! The door was entirely made with glass windows and was severely bent, including the glass. The repair would require two men to push it back into place at risk of breaking multiple glass windows. It took three hours, a steel bracket to secure, and it was done. Kevin also managed to sell me some new rollers for all three doors, and threw in some other adjustments for free. Then, not sure why, he swept out all three garage bays that were loaded with fall leaves and winter dirt! Very competent men with years of experience. Their trucks are really beautiful. You cannot do better than that.
