I've never lived in a house with a garage before, and I'm so happy I went with Precision when I moved to Indianapolis. I love how straightforward they are, from getting a quote from Analisa for the install to getting an honest update on how my door is holding up (perfectly!) during my routine maintenance call with Mike F. Our garage is right outside our bedroom, and just like that one commercial, we are fascinated by how quiet the motor is, and I love how easy it was to pair my car's HomeLink. Plus, everyone has been very respectful of our time and property.

The technician was very helpful and understanding of our repair situation. We realize we need to replace the overhead door but were not prepared to do that at this time,so he came up with a solution to repair it and the price was very fair. When it comes time to replace the door,we will definitely call Precision.

My name is Carl Barnett. Recently had a full equipment replacement for my garage. Technician is Kole S. I am writing this review based on the service he provided on my repairs. I want to commend him on his professionalism in, and expertise he displayed during the repairs he performed. What I really appreciated was the fact that he ensured to keep me informed on the progress of the service he was providing. From the very beginning to the end of the job, he kept me updated of his progress, let me know if there was any additional issues I should be aware of, and recommended and offered options to any additional work may arise in the future. Kole took the time to ensure I was informed on how the new equipment worked and even took the time to assist me in setting up the app on my phone to operate the opener remotely. Kole gave me a approximate time that the work was going to be completed, he took a little while longer but it was understandable due to finding other issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man's work and professionalism. Please inform him of the appreciation I have for his job well done. He gave me a QR code to send a review of his service, but I wanted to address it personally. Very satisfied, and to let you know that your company was well represented that day. Well done Kole, you are the man. Thanks again!

Tony and Zeke absolutely amazing. I really appreciate the fact that 20 minutes after I called in an emergency situation Tony was at the my house assessing the situation and taking care of business. I wrote a review on RJ but don’t know if you got it. It was fairly extensive and certainly positive. On what I purchased, there’s no way to put more than one item. I got springs, cables, and one or two other parts also rubber seal for bottom of door, done the next day.

A couple years ago, the main springs on our garage door broke. I heard an ad on the radio for Precision, and that they could get someone out to fix it the same day. They did, and it was great. So when our garage door opener finally died, I called Precision back. Again, they sent someone the same day, and Vladimir did a fantastic job. He presented great options, and really worked with us to overhaul the system, but keep what we could of the original equipment to keep the cost down. We are very happy with Precision (and Vladimir)'s work!
