I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!

The gentleman that came out and worked on my garage door was professional. He answered all my questions he did a wonderful job on fixing. The door put new cables and found out the Spring was bad for the new Spring on so I am really pleased on what he did and this summer I am going to call you guys to replace the motor and the rollers on my garage door. I also would like to gentlemen came out here today to come out here to replace the motor and the roller's thank you for all your help and I'll be calling you guys the summer thanks.

I took a chance on Precision's internet ad because I was desperate to repair a damaged garage door that day (someone backed out a car without...$$!) A nice woman answered the call and right away that afternoon I had an appointment. Whoosh! The door was entirely made with glass windows and was severely bent, including the glass. The repair would require two men to push it back into place at risk of breaking multiple glass windows. It took three hours, a steel bracket to secure, and it was done. Kevin also managed to sell me some new rollers for all three doors, and threw in some other adjustments for free. Then, not sure why, he swept out all three garage bays that were loaded with fall leaves and winter dirt! Very competent men with years of experience. Their trucks are really beautiful. You cannot do better than that.

We realize we need to replace the overhead door but were not prepared to do that at this time,so he came up with a solution to repair it and the price was very fair. My name is Carl Barnett. Recently had a full equipment replacement for my garage. Technician is Kole S. I am writing this review based on the service he provided on my repairs. I want to commend him on his professionalism in, and expertise he displayed during the repairs he performed. What I really appreciated was the fact that he ensured to keep me informed on the progress of the service he was providing. From the very beginning to the end of the job, he kept me updated of his progress, let me know if there was any additional issues I should be aware of, and recommended and offered options to any additional work may arise in the future. Kole took the time to ensure I was informed on how the new equipment worked and even took the time to assist me in setting up the app on my phone to operate the opener remotely. Kole gave me a approximate time that the work was going to be completed, he took a little while longer but it was understandable due to finding other issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man's work and professionalism. Please inform him of the appreciation I have for his job well done. He gave me a QR code to send a review of his service, but I wanted to address it personally. Very satisfied, and to let you know that your company was well represented that day.
