When I searched garage door repair near me, Precision was the first business listed. I liked how you have a 24-hour manned phone line to schedule service as our door broke after hours. I got an appointment the very next day. Corey B. called before coming and took less time than he estimated to fix our door. He explained our options and asked us questions to determine what was the best fit for our needs. He was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using Precision.

Phenomenal service. Originally scheduled technician was running way behind, so the office staff re-routed a different technician who arrived during the originally scheduled time range. Technician (Kevin) was professional, respectful, but also down-to-earth. Excellent experience.

WOW!!! GREAT COMPANY & TECHNICIAN. Couldn't get garage door opened. Called Precision and they were on top of it. Corey was the technician, called prior to arriving. Said he could make it earlier than window of time given. Was thrilled! He was very professional, great personality and showed me in detail what was wrong. He gave me a few options in fixing it and not pushy at all. Worked in a closed garage with heat at 90 degrees. Was quick in completing the job, cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to deal with. You've got a great employee there. Will definitely call Precision should I need future work.

I just bought my first house, and the inspector told me to have the garage door and opener checked out. Ryan examined my (very, very old) garage door and inoperative opener. He took the time to explain everything that was broken, and what my options were for fixing or replacing them. After working through the details on all the doors that fit my budget, I felt comfortable in making the best choice for my new house.
