Came out to leave for work and the garage door spring was broke. Called and Owen was able to come out that morning. Arrived and got down to business, explaining all my options for the repair. Did not push anything else on me. Very courteous and got the job done and inspected everything before leaving. I have always used Precision for any garage door needs. Recommended highly by two neighbors, Precision was all they promised - efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, as well as friendly, service. Eliot S, the technician who installed my new opener system, was very thorough in his inspection of my existing garage door and opener, sharing what he noticed and explaining options in detail. He listened to what was important to me. He installed the new equipment, including new wiring which was neatly hidden, and left the area cleaner than when he'd arrived! I am totally satisfied and pleased with everything! (A small thing, but the short bio texted before the appointment was a nice, personal touch.)

It just so happened that I was having problems with my garage door when a flyer arrived in the mail telling me about Precision Garage Door Service. The flyer had coupons with it, but I was most interested in calling and seeing how soon someone could be out. To my surprise, a real person answered the phone and she was friendly! After quickly giving her my information, she said she could have a technician at my house within the hour. WOW. Patrick, my technician arrived about 40 minutes and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is one of the most professional technicians I've ever had out to the house.

Our 29-year-old garage door opener began to falter and the remotes could not be programmed. Andrew helped to diagnose a faulty circuit board on the old opener and recommended a replacement. He offered several choices and was not pushy when I chose the least expensive. He had the new opener, along with a new track and chain, new remotes, and a new outside keypad all installed and working in a short time. Excellent service.

My technician came out and was really helpful. He was understanding about the misunderstanding I had with the scheduler and handled it well. He answered all my questions and even programmed our car remotes to the new garage door opener. He even went out of his way to make sure my floor was clean after he finished by offering to sweep it up before leaving.

I have an old garage (built in 1926) and one of the springs on the door is broken. I only use it for storage because it's very small. I called your company because I know that old buildings are not necessarily "standard size" and thought a larger company would be more likely to have the part and be able to repair it. Issac W came out and took a look. I was not surprised that the part was not in stock but could possibly be ordered. I asked about replacement. He gave me solid advice on repairing and on replacing. After talking to him, I am reassessing what I want to do with this garage. Issac was a very kind, polite, professional young man. I appreciated his patience with an old lady. Based on a recommendation from our next door neighbor we selected Precision Overhead Door. We can’t say enough about the promptness of response. With a few clicks of the mouse we had booked an appointment time that was perfect for us. A confirmation was immediately sent to us and a reminder the day prior to a visit. An hour before the appointment time we received a text with a complete bio of the service representative, Austin. Austin looked over our door situation and asked us several questions. Austin then proceeded to create a detailed proposal, sat down with us and explained every item and option. Two days from now we are scheduled for a door replacement including, at our request, replacement of the door opener. We found the price to be very fair and Austin did his very best to give us every available discount. We are looking forward to the installation and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door.
