Although, it was more than I could really afford it (lol, on a very fixed income) it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will use them myself in the future.

My remote and keypad had quit working. Pat came this morning and quickly found the problem (fried main circuit board). He explained the options, replace the board which he had stocked on the truck or install a whole new opener. I chose to just replace the board and now it works great again. He even programmed the extra buttons on my remote to work in case the button I use gets worn out. My system is 22 years old. I really appreciate how well he explained my options and the costs. I've used Precision since I bought my house in 2007 and each time I've been happy with the results. I'm never "oversold" on anything and the work performed is great.

Response time was excellent and service was wonderful. Patrick was very diligent and detailed and his work was exemplary. He kept me updated and was transparent about all the work done. Springs were broken and needed to be replaced along with rollers. The garage door now works better than it did when brand new.

This was my first experience with Precision. I received a coupon flyer in the mail and thought I would give them a try due to their BBB rating and their quick response. I was extremely pleased with the technician, Elliott, who solved my dilemma with the garage door opener. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really appreciate the work of this company. They came out and they looked over the situation, even though I had to schedule them for the later afternoon, they said they could still complete the work on the same day, although I did not ask them to do so. They were more than willing to get it done. They also gave me many options and choices so I could choose whatever level of repair would fit my circumstances best and they worked with me they and made sure that the doors I was working on were being taken care of. In addition, they looked (with a visual inspection) at a couple of other doors to see if there were any imminent problems coming up. In summary, all in all, a very solid company. I'd definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends, just as they were recommended to me by my friend.

I called precision garage door service to have my opener repaired. Justin C. called me prior to arrival to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was extremely courtious and explained (in great detail) the problem with my garage door opener and thorougly explained our options. After the consultation, we confidently decided to replace everything except the door itself. After installing our system, Justin completley explained the functionality of the system to my wife and I. We would one thousand percent recommend Justin from Precision to our family and friends or anyone who expects professional service. Thanks Justin...from 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best) Justin is a perfect 10!

I knew I had some door problems, so I scheduled a Tune-up. Joel arrived and did a thorough check. He explained everything and gave me a fair price for the service. The door is quieter and should work well for quite a time.

Precision Door installed a new garage door approximately 18 mos ago. When the door wasn't working, I called and they sent out a technician that day. He showed me what was wrong with the door and fixed the problem. He also talked to me about getting a new garage door opener. There was no pressure, just options for me. While I don't think that I can afford something new right now, I will definitely contact Precision Door when I do need them. Orlando, my technician, was friendly, and able to educate me about what my options were. He fixed the problem and the door works fine now. I'm very glad I used Precision Door Service.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The Servive Technician was excellent. He thoroughly explained the problem and provided options for correction of other issues found on an aging garage No surprise to me that some other repairs will be needed in the future. No pressure given to do everything now, which I found to be refreshing. Because of his approach and knowledge, I definitely will use Precision again.

The reason i gave them a 2 is because when i called into the office i was told they would have someone out the same day between 4-6 pm. It wasnt minutes later that they called back and said they didnt have a technician available and coulnt get back to us until Thursday between 4-6pm. This was the second time they told me this. Very frustrating that they say they can come out same day but reschedule after we make an appointment. After a few minutes on the phone they happen to find a service tech that could be here the same day from 4-6 and they got here at 3
