From the time I called in to the gentleman showing up it was all better than I expected. I teased the service man when he showed up that he would never make it in this business because he called before he came and showed up on time. It was a very pleasant experience start to finish. The service man was very polite and he knew exactly what my door needed. Door is now working better than it ever has before.

Your professionalism and expertise of your techs just go above and beyond our expectations. They have always got us up and running the same day which is critical in our operation. Outstanding Garage Door Repair Service! I recently had an issue with my garage door’s torsion spring, and the team at Precision exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was prompt, professional, and friendly. They scheduled my repair quickly and arrived right on time. My technician Joey H was highly knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail before starting the repair. He worked efficiently and had my garage door functioning perfectly within an hour. I also appreciated in his transparency—there were no hidden fees, and the final cost was exactly what they quoted. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also inspected other components of the door to ensure everything was in top condition. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly impressive. If you’re looking for reliable and reasonably priced garage door repair, I highly recommend Precision They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely call them for any future needs!

Zeke came out today to repair my garage door after I inadvertently backed into it. He was very professional, kept me informed while he was troubleshooting and very honest. My garage door is old and will need to be replaced within the next six months, that I was well aware of before the service call. That being said, he did not pressure me to purchase a new door today and was able to fix temporarily until I'm able to purchase a new door. He also gave he a couple quotes of doors, for when I'm ready to purchase. His professionalism and honesty will most assuredly have me purchase from Precision when I'm ready. Thank you for the great service today Zeke. Precision - you have a good one there, but I'm sure you already know that.

Vladimir was personable, efficient and very helpful. He diagnosed the issue, presented several options for repair and worked with me to get to an amount I was comfortable paying for the service. He even moved a large box into the house for me and jump started my car to put it outside for the repair service. Highly recommend him and Precision.
