Kyler cane out in the morning to replace a cable that was fraying. He did an inspection of all components and found the garage door opener was 30 years old and showed me sots where it was starting to get hot along with plastic shavings inside from the gears. Springs I knew where at the end of their life and most of the wheel roller bearing where bad. He did am awesome job and was done in just a little over 2 hours. Garage door is so quit now you can't even hear it from 15 feet out with your back to it. Great job !

I called initially for help programming my key pad. The service rep was personable and knowledgeable. The home I moved into had a garage door opener that was almost 25 years old. I did not want to get stuck in the middle of the winter with a burned out motor. I opted for a new motor. The price was about $400 less than one of the main competitors. I am happy i decided to be better safe than sorry.

Jeremy was amazing. I wasn’t able to get my opener fixed because of my home warranty, but if I had a choice he would definitely be the person I would have fix my garage. Eric and Austin did an amazing job on our garage. We were shocked to learn what we thought was a small problem turned out to be a bigger problem, regarding more labor, but the way that Eric explained everything in detail and gave us options on what to fix was great customer service. They both worked diligently for over 3 hours to get the job done. Professional, friendly, hard-working men, we were grateful for their help.

Mike did a great job on the install. The cost was a little more than what I thought initially. I guess there was an added charge for something that was separate upon inspection than the quoted cost through chat. Not a big deal though. Process was pretty seamless and the belt drive system is working perfect!

Last Sunday evening when I attempted to open my garage door opener it made a loud click and I saw and smelled smoke coming out of it. I was happily surprised that being Sunday evening when I called Precision, I actually got a real human being on the phone. The technician Ben came by early the next morning. He diagnosed the problem that my motor was indeed dead and fixed me up with a new opener complete with all the new bells and whistles and soo much quieter! Ben was such a gentleman and listened carefully to all my concerns so thank you very much!

We replaced the motor unit and respective parts as our 11 year old opener was just not as spry as it use to be, lets say. Eli, the technician, was great! He was very personable, polite, and very knowledgeable informing us as to what repairs were needed and what options were available. My Beauceron liked him so I knew we were in good hands.

Need a Door Spring replaced. Spring was replaced without issue. Tech assured me that the Bear Plates must be repaired. Door is only two and a half years old. There was no attempt to show me the so called bad plates. Obviously the up-sell is a good way to boost billings. I don't think there was anything wrong with the plates that I paid an additional $250 for. I received an email from Joel to call him and I will. I have attempted to connect via email but can't get any response. Not a company that I would recommend or refer anyone else to.

Mr. Nick Z was my service technician. He was very professional and very personal. He called before arrival and he arrived within the timeline given. He was very respectful, pleasant and helpful. He inquired about my issue, he listened and offered options. The repair was done quickly, he performed other courtesy checks and maintenance, and informed me of discount coupons.
