Very thankful for the 24/7 customer service which allowed us to get our garage door repair done within a day of the damage. The crew that came to repair our garage door today were very timely, professional and efficient! They did not push any unnecessary purchases and quickly got done what we needed accomplished! Very pleased with their service!

Amanda the manager could not be bothered to take my call or return my call in regards to my service today. Technician was nice I have no problem with him. I will not recommend your company with management that ignores customers calls and like I said could not be bothered to call me back. I run a trucking terminal and have over 100 employees I love to recommend good companies for residential and commercial work. Missed opportunity

He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options. My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door. I was very pleased with work. I had to have him come back out and adjust the close a little bit and there was no charge. I will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Drew & Mike did an amazing job! They went over and beyond for me today. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They made my creaky, unsafe, and not working garage like NEW! On top of that their customer service skills were excellent! They explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. They also helped me reprogram my garage door opener and keypad ???? I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!
