This was such a painless experience! My husband and I work long hours, so I thought it would be impossible to get anyone out quickly. They came same day! I purchased the original spring from them in 2014, they replaced it under its lifetime warranty and we only had to pay the service fee. Could not have asked for quicker or more professional service.

Eli was great to work with! Eli asked if I wanted an overview or detailed info, rather than assuming. I like to know how things work, and he seemed happy to educate me!
