Vladimir was great! He was on time, gave my system a complete examination, advised necessary fixes and was considerate about my senior, limited budget. I feel that he cared about me as his customer. He went over all charges and made sure I understood what all had been done and what might be needed in the future, as my budget allows. He even helped me change my garage overhead light bulb since I have had knee replacements. I am unable to get on a ladder. Many thanks for the wonderful experience!

Our remotes and keypad were not working consistently. We decided to get some professional help and I decided to call Precision after doing some research. RJ came right on time and asked pointed questions to help him get an idea of what might be going on. I saw your commercials and looked the company up online and read the reviews. I decided to call and Krystal was very nice and helpful. She put me on the list for a technican to come out. I know due to the weather, snow, the techician, Elliot came out tonight and got my door working and installed a surge protector so my motor will be protected. We are a repeat customer with Precision. Our technicians, Joey and Brock, exceeded our expectations. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms so it was easy to understand the various options we had. Our main issue was a broken spring, but many other parts on the door were making the door work harder than it needed to. Joey and Brock provided a few options for us and we chose the one we felt would work best for us at this time. We appreciated being offered multiple options instead of just one....e.g., replace the entire door. (The service performed and products purchased were multiple ones - we were only able to choose one each on this form.) We trust Precision to be honest and provide good service. In our case, it was exceptional....and on New Year's Day on top of that! Thank you so much to Joey and Brock.
