Zeke came out today to repair my garage door after I inadvertently backed into it. He was very professional, kept me informed while he was troubleshooting and very honest. My garage door is old and will need to be replaced within the next six months, that I was well aware of before the service call. That being said, he did not pressure me to purchase a new door today and was able to fix temporarily until I'm able to purchase a new door. He also gave he a couple quotes of doors, for when I'm ready to purchase. His professionalism and honesty will most assuredly have me purchase from Precision when I'm ready. Thank you for the great service today Zeke. Precision - you have a good one there, but I'm sure you already know that.

Vladimir was personable, efficient and very helpful. He diagnosed the issue, presented several options for repair and worked with me to get to an amount I was comfortable paying for the service. He even moved a large box into the house for me and jump started my car to put it outside for the repair service. Highly recommend him and Precision.

The technician that came - I think his name was Eric - I have a bad memory - was so good about explaining what was wrong and what was needed to get it fixed. He was very patient and kind with all of my questions - even willing to talk on speaker with my daughter.

Had a very old opener replaced and a total overhaul of door parts done by Zeke. He was very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job. WE'VE HAD CONSIDERABLE WORK DONE ON OUR ALMOST 50-YEAR-OLD HOME INTHE PAST 6 YEARS AND PRECISION IS ONE OF ONLY 3 I CAN GIVE 5 STARS. THEY INSTALLED THE DOOR 3 OR SO YEARS AGO AND HAVE PERFORMED ROUTINE MAINTENACE SINCE THEN. THE BATTERY IN THE OPENER (WHICH IS OLDER AND NOT INSTALLED BY PRECISION) STARTED BEEPING. MIKE F. I chose precision garage door because of the excellent reviews from next door and a previous encounter ( 2 yr ago) with them was very positive. The service technician at last visit and today was outstanding! Vladimir was very knowledgeable regarding the products best for replacement for the garage door to function well. He was respectful of my budget and worked to stay within the parameters I had given him. Overall I am a very satisfied customer.

Installation seemed ok Technician was in time and courteous. First day after install we were backing out of the garage and the door fell down damaging my car and our door My husband and a fro They came out 3 more times to try to fix. There was an issue with the opener and for whatever reason it took them 4 times to fix. We had to file a claim with our insurance to fix my car and we never did hear anything back about our garage door We had to try to fix it ourselves because all of our tools are in there. Not a good experience and I honestly would not recommend

I’m giving Joey 5 stars even though he was a few hours late due to another job. However, I think he sincerely apologized. After he completed he completed his inspection of my job he did thoroughly explained what was going on with my garage door and what needed to be done to fix the problem. After I agreed to the best path for me regarding the garage door, he did what I feel like is a good job and eliminated any worries that I had of the door breaking on top of my car or me even worse. I’m completely satisfied with the job that he did and I would recommend him to anyone else.
