Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

I called at 6:30 a.m. because my garage door broke and I could not open it. Precision Garage Door had a technician out by 9 a.m. and had my door fixed by 11:30 or so. Drew, the technician we were assigned was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing along the way and kept me updated during the entire process. He showed me the completed work when he was done, showed me some maintenance tips and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He was genuinely great to work with and I am very happy with the entire experience. I'd definitely recommend them..

The service we received from Drew definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He quickly identified the problem with our garage door and made the repair. He also took the initiative to retape and tuck away the wire and coil that had pulled away from the wall… now it looks much nicer and professionally done. Drew noticed a couple items that could potentially cause future issues, with no pressure to make the repair, however, I did ask that he go ahead and fix those potential problems. The service people were prompt, explained what they were going to do, then reported what they found. They were very polite and concerned if I understood what they had found. We agreed on the course of action, they promptly fixed it. They reviewed with me what they had repaired and made sure I was pleased with their work. The outstanding thing besides genuine concern for my approval of their work was NO HIGH PRESSURE TO DO ANYTHING I DIDN"T WISH TO DO.

I am very glad I chose Precision to come repair a broken spring on my garage door. I had been previously using a different company that had been recently purchased by another company. I figured it was a good time to try someone new. Drew T. was my technician and was on time and communicated well when his arrival time would be. Drew took the time to look over the entire garage door and examine how it was operating. The broken spring was obvious, but there were other things that were not so obvious to me. I had my overhead garage door completely replaced about 14 years ago by the company I had previously mentioned. I have had, possibly, three sets of springs replaced since I originally had the new door installed. Never once, did the previous company go over the function of the overhead door and how each part plays a role in how the door operates. Drew took the time. The springs, the center plate bearing, the cable drum bearings, the cables, the rollers and torsion tube were all explained to me. Drew pointed out the condition of each and left it up to me on what maintenance I wanted him to perform. No sales pressure at all. I ended up purchasing upgraded springs and I had Drew replace a few other items. The door worked so much smoother and quieter after he was finished. I waited almost a month to post this review. The door still works just as smooth as the day Drew did the repairs. For me, the money was well spent. From my experience, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis.

A spring broke rendering the garage door. Our service tech, Drew, was wonderful. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us of our options and answered our questions every step of the way. Everything was completed within 90 minutes. He gave us a recap of parts replaced and work done. They checked on several times the day before they came out. The tech called before he came out and let know when he would arrive. Was very polite and professional. Looked at the door the cables and motor checked the tracks checked to see how old the system was and the how new the spring was. explained what was going on with the door, the hangers and door motor. Took down the old unit to show me the ware and tare on it, He was very through on the inspection. He explained the different options that were available.

After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! I was overwhelmed by the amazing service we received. I called and was given a service time on the same day. Then the technician called within minutes to say he’d just finished a job in my neighborhood and could be to my home within 5 minutes. Drew T couldn’t have been a better representative of a company.
