Joel listened to my problem. He offered a solution that saved my door from further deteriation. He was very knowledgeable and replaced my out of date brackets so that my new seal would fit all the way to the end. My garage door sounded smooth and quiet on after the repair. I chose Precision initially because of the 5-star rating. The technician, RJ de Paz, arrived in a timely fashion. We discussed what I was wanting. He performed a safety check, then explained exactly what he had found. I appreciated the choices that he gave me, and he allowed me to make the decisions without pressure. He told me the length of time the job would require. After the work was completed, he talked me through the new components and made sure he answered all of my questions. I would certainly recommend Precision.

He patiently listened to me describe all the issues with my garage doors and openers. He thoroughly inspected everything and provided me a detailed list of issues with cost-base alternative solutions for each. Once Ryan L. was finished, he walked me through all the repairs and operation of the doors. I chose Precision based on the BBB rating, training the technicians receive per Precision's website, and how the technician arrives with the tools and materials to make repairs during the same visit.

We are really happy with the new keypad outside our garage door. My wife has been asking for this for a while and RJ did a great job installing it. He also did a full inspection and lubrication of our garage door to make sure everything was working properly. RJ is a guy with a future.

the old garage door opener was failing and it was time to be replaced. I called for a service tech who came the next day and brought everything needed to install a new opener and new rollers. The door works great and is much quieter than the old one. I am very happy with the work done by Andrew Dixon. A very quick fix is always appreciated.

I called Precision this morning to report that my garage door would not operate. It moved about 3 inches when I pushed the button but that was it. I was familiar with Precision because I had used their services about a year ago for a similar problem. I was given a window of arrival but received a call later, that a technician was available to come earlier. I no sooner hung up from that call when their technician Martin called to be sure I was available and that he was just 7 minutes away. Upon his arrival, I explained to Martin the problem I was having and he immediately addressed the issue and had my door operational in a matter of minutes! I can't say enough about Precision's technicians and the friendly and professional manner in which they handle these situations. I can't imagine why anyone would call another company. Kudos to Precision Door Service for all they do. They are the best!!

My garage door wouldn’t close. It had opened earlier, but wouldn’t close. I called Precision because they could come right out. Pat F. arrived just as Precision as texted me earlier. Pat easily diagnosed the problem. He identified my garage door had been hit and knocked a pin out of alignment (the guilty party confessed). As part of the $88 Service Call & 22 point Tuneup, he fixed it and my door sounds quieter and smoother than it has in years. Pat nicely wrote me up a good maintenance plan on replacing moving parts to keep the opener from working so hard. Folks keep up on an annual Tuneup! I never had before, but I will now!

Very, very satisfied with my experience working with Precision! Our garage door stopped working a few months ago and we were just curious what was wrong/how to fix it... when Scott arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what would be needed to fix it, and to my surprise, was available to fix it that day. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took his time going over different options and recommendations, breaking down the cost so I was fully informed. RJ was efficient and friendly. Spring broke on our garage and majority of parts were almost 20yrs old. RJ repaired and replaced the majority of our system which was long overdue. It’s nice knowing everything is in good order and updated.

A recent storm damaged my outside electric meter which then ruined my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given a morning appointment the next day. Technician Tim Whitlow arrived and went right to work assessing the damage, checking to see if my old door opener could be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and it was determined, after he thoroughly explained to me the damage, that I needed a new system. Tim was knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and friendly. He represented the company well and was thorough and efficient in the installation process. After he completed the job, he explained the system and its components, making sure I knew how to operate it. He explained the safety features of the system also. It was a pleasure to meet this young man - and he receives a 5 star rating from me!
