Extraordinary customer service! Our door became inoperable late Friday. I went online to request contact, and was stunned when on Sunday I was called to set up an appointment first thing Monday! Great communication throughout. Our technician, Scott, could not have been better. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional. He showed us everything and even made sure it was working in my car. I called this morning to request a service call to fix my garage door. It was very noisy and is old. Got an appointment right away for the same day, and the service technician called 15 minutes before the earliest time (my appointment was from 10:00am to 1:00pm.) and arrived about 10:05 am. He did an inspection and went over his findings with me. I decided to replace the opener and the spring as they were old (1993). He had the whole thing replaced and was finished before noon. The technician was very nice and thorough. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Andrew was great. He discovered the problem right away which was pretty serious. He fixed it fast and showed me exactly what it was. The door hadn’t been serviced for quite awhile and he advised me what I should do in the future. But since he was there I decided to let him go ahead and do the future stuff the same day. Great service. Friendly repairman.

The main spring broke and I found precision on the internet. I called yesterday afternoon and they said they would have a tech here between 8am and 11 am today. Nick showed up at 9am and we reviewed the problem. The springs and other parts were probably over 20 years old. We debated over the extent of the needed repairs and I chose to replace almost everything. Nick did a great job and was very courteous. In closing conversation I told him that I had graduated from Culver Military Academy and it turns out that his wife graduated from Summer Camp at culver. I would highly recommend Precision and Nick to anyone in need of their services.

We've had issues with our garage door not closing intermittently. We had two other companies come out to assess the situation and only ended up doing a tune up. Mike came out and immediately identified several issues that were a problem with the initial installation. He gave us a couple different options, the cheaper being to replace sensors and to provide some additional hardware for stability. It worked! It sounds so much different and closes without fail every time. So happy!

Same day service was provided on a complicated garage door issue. My service rep, Martin, was responsive, professional, and provided much expertise and a range of options for repairs. I really appreciated his confidence in getting the door working again and quickly. I may need to invest more in this door in the future but I appreciate the non-hassle approach and will use Precision Door again. I would give Martin 6 stars if I could.
