Precision Door Service had done some maintenance on our older garage doors several years ago. When one of the major springs snapped trapping a car in the garage a few days ago, I called them and Andrew arrived within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, carefully explaining our options and relative costs. He patiently answered all my questions. Given the excellent condition of the older door, we opted to have Andrew replace all the moving parts and tighten anything that wasn't supposed to move. It was the most expensive option but sets us up for years to come. Andrew completed the work about two hours - a professional job, well-done.

Other than a slight delay in the arrival time, my repair from my service technician Michael, swept me off my feet. Michael fixed a problem me and my husband created. We tried to program a keyless remote on the outside of our garage. However, we ended up de-programming the openers in our vehicles; and only the wireless keypad opener was working. We had to purchase new openers. Michael fixed a shortage in the wiring on one of the lights on the ceiling mounted part of the opener. He re-mounted the keyless entry unit. He swept me off my feet by blowing the leaves that had swirled into our garage out with a leaf blower.

This was such a painless experience! My husband and I work long hours, so I thought it would be impossible to get anyone out quickly. They came same day! I purchased the original spring from them in 2014, they replaced it under its lifetime warranty and we only had to pay the service fee. Could not have asked for quicker or more professional service.
