Was not certain who to call for garage door repair. Searched the web and was impressed with the website and reviews for Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. Pleased with my interaction with rep when I called their number. By chance, I happened to see one of their TV commercials shortly after making my call. Ben H. called today telling me when he would arrive and he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection, recommended and explained the repairs along with the prices and left the final decision with me. Ben was courteous and did a fabulous job with the repairs. Highly satisfied and will recommend this company and Ben.

Great Company ! ! Andrew was on time (and called 1st), very courteous,. efficient, pointed out where ìt Could be improved, totally fixed my garage door, reasonable price. I highly recommend not only Precision but hope that Andrew is your technician. This was a Very good choice ! RJ is great! He had us walk through the issues we were having with our overhead door and proceeded to complete a full inspection. The phone staff were wonderful with me via Sorenson Video Relay Service, something I can't always count on and was pleased to experience and Mike is also wonderful. He serviced both garage doors even tho tenant's was the one not opening, after I decided with both doors having been installed the same day, likely my spring was going to go next. I also appreciated you tell us a little about the service tech coming to the appt. Nice personal touch!

Our technician Elliot was super friendly and helpful getting our door back in working order. After a thorough inspection, he provided several cost effective options with no pressure to upsell anything. After choosing the repair options, be set straight to work and finished the job while respecting my time. As stated earlier, Elliot was very friendly and courteous. After finishing the repairs he made sure to show me everything that he worked on. The door works just as new and it's even quieter with new parts.

Your tech was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained my issues that were not critical but were worn and tired. I'm sure this door has had little to no service since it was hung prior to me buying the house. A garage door is a blessing and a great thing to have, if it works. When it doesn't it can become something dangerous and can cause harm. Your tech showed me the issue with my door, I showed him one he missed, and we agreed to make my door safe and operatable. I thought his price was fair for what needed to be done. Your preprinted services and purchases are not complete.

Precision did great work at my previous home, so when my new house had an issue with the overhead door, I knew exactly who to call. Eric The Technician was professional and friendly. Not only did he offer me a variety of options for how to repair the door long term, he fixed it so it worked again with what he had in his truck. Really great service call!

I am very happy with the professional and thorough assessment done and work completed to resolve my door issues. I was able to obtain a same day appointment, really needed in this instance. Andrew was the technician, and is very knowledgeable and personable. All points of deterioration/failure on the door and opener were shown to me. Then I was given the choice to repair or replace the opener and chose to replace it, in large part because Andrew had several different systems at different price points from which to choose on his van. All work (and there was a lot) was completed in about 3 hours. It’s like having a brand new door! I am thrilled…thank you! This asks me to select the service provided but there were several--a new opener (which has multiple parts to it), new spring, new brackets and new rollers.

Everything was great. From calling into for service, getting me scheduled right away, fixing my garage door the next day. The tech took his time explained everything gave me options and choices. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them. I chose Precision Door Service based on customers I knew personally who gave positive feedback and reviews. I also love your commercials! Joey was my technician and he did an EXCELLENT job of fixing what needed to be done and answering my questions about other items I would like to have done in the near future. My garage doors are running smoothly and I will get back in touch with you as soon as possible (I would love to have Joey back! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and skilled, He explained what needed to be done, what I need to do for the future, and sat down with me to look at options and costs so I can make an educated decision!) We are extremely happy with the service that Precision Garage Door Service provided during their visit to our home. Our garage door was causing us a headache and Precision knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. I can't recommend Precision enough and am thankful that a friend referred them to us. Colin K. is a great technician! He was a good communicator, timely and efficient, and helped us fully understand what was going on with our garage door springs. I trust that we won't need to call Precision back out anytime soon, but if we had to, I feel confident that they would take care of us, and we would welcome Colin back anytime!
