Had an estimate scheduled for new garage door installation. Technician showed up at door and knocked and when wife answered the door he was already measuring dimensions of door. Never introduced his self. Was at my house less than 5 minutes and said I will email you a estimate unless you want to put a deposit down. Very very unprofessional. Your business depends on customers and customer service and what we got today was very poor.

Had a coupon which is why I chose Precision. Coupon was of no use. Was quite disturbed that what I thought would cost around $400 ended up costing almost $1400. Technician was trained, truck was marked.

I Have A 30 Year Old Garage Door And The Quotes They Offered Depended On How Extravagant The Amount Of Work I Wanted To Have Done, And What Was The Right Fit For My Budget... I rate 4.25 stars The service technician, Josh, was very thorough in explaining the many options that I could choose to complete the repair. He explained all the work he was going to perform and proceeded to get it done in a timely fashion. Also the fact that Precision does not charge overtime on Saturday is a big plus
