Who really wants to say that an unexpected out of pocket expense was outstanding...? Well, it was for me. Truly appreciated the quick response and highly professional service received from my tech! (I cannot recall his name - You guys need to add their name to the invoice) but was very engaging with no B.S. Project was completed in very little time and I feel value was received for what I paid. I would highly recommend Precision if there is a need for garage door service. Thank you for a job well done!

Brandon was the best guy! He not only fixed my garage door but while at my home, I had a flat tire. He changed my tire, so I was able to get on with my day. He deserves a 5 out of 5 and a raise!

I chose Precision Garage door company based upon their internet ads and the variety of services they offer. We needed a complete garage door service and overhaul because of the age of our door. Brian came on time and gave us several options to consider. His work was superior and it was obvious he had great skill and experience. The parts he used were the finest cables and rollers I have seen for this work. I know the work we received was excellent.

Kevin arrived in the expected time slot. He was very pleasant and helpful in discussing the differences in the 2 garage door openers we were considering. He was not a pushy salesman. Installers Tim & Justin were both professional & personable. They explained everything they did & even programmed the garage door opener so it worked in my car! The new doors look wonderful & are so quiet (they replaced 35 yer old wooden doors!). Highly recommend Precision Doors as well as Tim & Justin.

Matt who did the initial estimate was very professional and knowledgable, and then Tim who did the actual new garage door install (along with his teammate) both wore masks, were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job.
