We have had great service the two times we have used Precision Garage Door. Both times we have had the same Tech, Vladimir, so it is nice to have that consistency. Fair pricing and very helpful, we are happy to have this as a vendor we will keep a relationship with for future needs.

I had read all the reviews online regarding Precision and was very impressed. I was able to get an appointment the next day. We live in an older home which presented a few challenges, but Mike was awesome! He gave us several options which I really appreciated. Our new door and opener have not been installed yet but, I am sure the installation will go as well as the initial service call.

Eric came to my home today to repair a garage door that was extremely loud. He was pleasant and explained a few options to rectify the problem. I chose to have additional work done to make sure I could have safety in the future. I would highly recommend this company !

Kevin was our service man and did a great job. A cable broke but he said that there were other issues of which he took care of. He was not pushy and said he could get the door to work but that other items were worn. He gave us the price and we agreed to get the door in good working order.

Kevin was spectacular. Second time we have used Precision for a door rebuild (big door before, small door today). The parts are so much better than the original installed, the warranty is excellent, and the techs are great. Called on time, showed up on time, worked quickly and extremely cleanly. I was shocked when he proceeded to clean most of my garage floor upon completion. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door work.

I chose Precision based on my neighbor's recommendation. Your technician, Josh, arrived in the RESCHEDULED appointment window, very carefully explained the options and costs to replace the broken spring (or springs), and that he would make recommendations for any other needed maintenance. He was extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions. He took it upon himself to speak to his boss about the scheduling problem that occurred (see below) and told me there would be NO CHARGE for the repair. Josh not only quickly replaced the springs (high end) but also adjusted the rod holding the springs and replaced the rollers. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism, work, and recommendations for door self-maintenance. I will definitely call your company again if needed and recommend it (and especially Josh) to others! After a rocky start:- On the phone on 10/4 I was told my appt was on 10/5 between 8 to 10 AM but the email confirmation was for 8 - 10 PM which I failed to notice. When I called on 10/5 when a tech had not called or arrived by 10 AM, I was told of your scheduling mistake which made me very angry. I initially cancelled the repair but later rescheduled and am glad I did. See above.

The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new. Ask for Eric he does good work and is fast and to top it all off he doesn't pressure you into anything. He gave us several options and let us decide what we wanted.

My appointment time was scheduled for a much later time; however, the technician called to inform me of an earlier time being available. Mike showed up precisely when he said was going to. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do and all of his concerns about my current setup. Although he did reccomend a good amount of work to be done to bring my equipment current, he wasn’t pushy at all. He even played with my two big dogs who ran out into the garage to meet him.
