Ryan was great! He was very friendly and super knowledgeable and just real professional. He walked me through issues with my current garage door and options on how to fix the underlying issues. He wore a mask and i was super grateful for that! All in all, I was very happy with the service.

Numerous repairs were done. Brandon ascertained what repairs needed to be done and discussed them with my wife and I. He seemed to understand the dilemma that we were facing as seniors and on a fixed income. He checked with his boss and we were offered a way to have most of the repairs done without having to purchase a new door at that time. We were very pleased with Brandon and the work that he did.

I called Precision because their website promotes same day service but I never expected the technician to be at my house within 45 minutes on a Saturday! James was amazing: smart, honest and friendly. Pricing was transparent and he didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I would recommend Precision, and James specifically, to anyone in Indianapolis.

I called because my parents had their door serviced by your company. This was years ago and I could only hope your company was still valuable. I was told when I called, upfront that there would be a upfront service call fee. I was also told I could use my credit card. I had no idea the final cost. I only had $200.00 available on my credit card. I explained this when the tech arrived. He said he would assess my door and let me decide. The estimate was well over $200.00. I told him I could not pay that much. I would have hang a curtain over it and pretend to have a garage door. I explained that I am I single grandma raising 2 grandkids. My budget was stressed to the limit. The tech got on his phone and made it work for me. I can not afford to replace my door or opener. When I can I will call you back and buy from your business. I have already told friends and family about my experience with you and recommended you. Thank your for your help and kindness.

Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. The operator that took my call was courteous & professional, and was able to provide an appointment the very next morning. The technicians that showed up were exceptional. They understood my concern and quickly diagnosed the problem, giving me options for a resolution. No pressure, no up-selling, just the info that I needed to make a choice. When small issues came up that were not covered by the original quote, they fixed them anyway without an additional fee. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door installation and/or repairs!

Precision has a very compelling commercial and I especially liked their assurance of how they are handling business during Covid-19. Top notch service. Very efficient scheduling process and they were able to come out same day. My technician was Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly before offering several options to solve my garage door issues. He was able to make door hardware repairs and install a new garage door opener in a very short amount of time with excellent clean up. He made sure I understood how the new opener functioned and stressed if I had any further questions the answer was a phone call away. Don't put off having your garage door tended to - you can feel safe and confident calling this company.

Had Precision come out to replace the worn out rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door. Upon the completion of that job, Ryan inspected the door’s operation and noted that the lift belt on our 22 year old opener was hanging on by a thread. He replaced the opener with a new one - everything thoroughly done in a courteous, professional manner. Great company to do business with, with reasonable pricing and super technicians.
