We were very pleased when we first had you come out for a major repair about a year ago. This time, a driver did some damage to the door channel and we needed you again. You committed to being here within a couple hours but even improved that when Eric became available. Eric was efficient, explained things thoroughly, and was very polite.

Tyler, was absolutely fabulous! Explained my options very clearly and made feel secure in my selection. He has a professional and respectful demeanor, yet is very cordial. After the installation, he went through a hands-on operating tutorial with me to make sure I understood everything my new opener and key pad would and wouldn't do. We also discussed what he had found during his overall inspection of my garage door. One item being that I was missing the bottom rubber seal. I am especially grateful for that because that was something I had wanted installed, but had forgotten to mentioned. Because of his inspection, he saved me from having to call Precision out a second time to have it put in. He installed it right then. Therefore, saving me time and money. Tyler is a great asset to your organization. That young man deserves a raise!

My only complaint would be the $80 estimate fee. I think it should be waived if you get the job and perform the work.

We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before). They saw the shotty job that was done and they fixed it it is like a whole new door, quiet. Nick was great, friendly, fast, knew what he was doing. Very happy with work and would highly recommend Precision

Always professional and efficient. We love our new garage doors. We give 5 stars because of how much we like them. We did have an instance where they couldn’t get to our garage door springs to fix for several days but they said it’s not normally like that. They are always our first garage door people to reach out to.

Mike was our repair technician. He did a good job on everything from assessing our situation and giving us priced options to choose from to performing quality repair/tune up work on the garage door itself. He explained how the garage door should work when properly balanced. And since we did very little maintenance on our garage door for the 15 years we have owned the house our garage door was in much need of a tune up besides the repair he did. We took his recommendation of replacing the springs on the door since ours was worn out and could go at anytime. So he did a good job of explaining all this to us and gave us a few maintenance tips also. Our neighbor recommended this company to us and I also would have to recommend this company to now.

"Scales" are an open invitation to inflation. I called Monday close to noon because the door opener had gone fritzy, Precision having serviced it in 2006. My call must have sounded frazzled. But the young lady was extraordinarily gracious and considerate, scheduling someone to arrive within two hours. And Nick did. He was excellent in his advice and his work. And a most cheerful humor.
