I was very pleased with Precision Doors service and technician Josh. My original issue, or so I thought, was with my garage door opener, but rather it was with the rollers and damaged door. Josh advised replacing the rollers or since my door was damaged and ill fitting to the door frame replacing the door. While replacing the rollers would have been less costly, in the long run replacing the door which was installed with new rollers was the best answer. While I had a small doubt this would fix my garage door opener issue, it is now 4 months later and I have not had a problem since the new door was installed. Josh was very nice, didn't treat me as if I knew nothing about garage doors though I know nothing about them which he clearly knew, and was just an overall pleasant person. I have recommended Precision Door Service and will continue to do so.

Nick was very prompt, calling to let us know when he was on his way to us for our garage door broken spring and after speaking with him, we decided to have him refresh our garage door with their package that replaced the rollers and other typical worn out parts. Nick explained everything before he started and finished promptly. We used Precision door previously for two broken door springs and were able to receive a quick appointment when we called on a Sunday for service on Monday. Would recommend Nick and Precision door.

A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service! I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail. It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage when your big springs break. Precision was able to come out same day and fix all the issues, with thorough explanations and options for repair. James came out and did a wonderful job completely restoring our garage door. It is actually working better now than it did when it was new. I have better parts and a good warranty and James did a nice job explaining the options available to us.
