I called precision garage door service to have my opener repaired. Justin C. called me prior to arrival to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was extremely courtious and explained (in great detail) the problem with my garage door opener and thorougly explained our options. After the consultation, we confidently decided to replace everything except the door itself. After installing our system, Justin completley explained the functionality of the system to my wife and I. We would one thousand percent recommend Justin from Precision to our family and friends or anyone who expects professional service. Thanks Justin...from 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best) Justin is a perfect 10!

I knew I had some door problems, so I scheduled a Tune-up. Joel arrived and did a thorough check. He explained everything and gave me a fair price for the service. The door is quieter and should work well for quite a time.

Precision Door installed a new garage door approximately 18 mos ago. When the door wasn't working, I called and they sent out a technician that day. He showed me what was wrong with the door and fixed the problem. He also talked to me about getting a new garage door opener. There was no pressure, just options for me. While I don't think that I can afford something new right now, I will definitely contact Precision Door when I do need them. Orlando, my technician, was friendly, and able to educate me about what my options were. He fixed the problem and the door works fine now. I'm very glad I used Precision Door Service.

I am a first time customer. My technician, Zeke, was awesome! He explained everything to me, reset my keypad code, did a tuneup, and replaced the rubber door sealer. He was on time and a very personable and professional young man.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The Servive Technician was excellent. He thoroughly explained the problem and provided options for correction of other issues found on an aging garage No surprise to me that some other repairs will be needed in the future. No pressure given to do everything now, which I found to be refreshing. Because of his approach and knowledge, I definitely will use Precision again.

The reason i gave them a 2 is because when i called into the office i was told they would have someone out the same day between 4-6 pm. It wasnt minutes later that they called back and said they didnt have a technician available and coulnt get back to us until Thursday between 4-6pm. This was the second time they told me this. Very frustrating that they say they can come out same day but reschedule after we make an appointment. After a few minutes on the phone they happen to find a service tech that could be here the same day from 4-6 and they got here at 3

Amazing +reviews that turned out to be "Right On". Eric G explained the problems with our garage door, detailing levels of repair and the differences in cost . I selected the highest level of repair prefaced by asking Eric "What would you choose for YOUR OWN GARAGE? What I received was a top notch replacement of springs , high end motor, sensors etc, that operated so quietly ,you needed to look to check if it closed. We love it !!! they will be our garage service company for LIFE !! Thanks Precision ! A class A company from start to finish .
