Needed a repair on an almost 30 year old garage door assembly. Could have paid for a temporary fix for an indefinite amount of time, but after learning the cost of a brand new system, I was sold! I was thinking way more than needed for our needs, but it was a very comfortable investment for another 30 Years. Precision was responsive in just within a day of calling for a visit to assess. Zach was upfront an honest and would have repaired for us with ease. We were impressed with his knowledge and took his advice and ultimately made the decision for a new system! Very Happy with the Choice!

I selected Precision because it's unheard of to have over 4 thousand 5-star reviews on google. I knew they had to be good, and I was right. My service guy, Kevin U., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He made me aware of the things my garage door system needed, but didn't push me or try to "hard sell" me. I appreciated that very much.

I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. Overall you did not solve the problem. I had someone come out 3 times. I will be installing a new opener and hopefully it will work. But I think you were stringing me along to buy a new garage door opener. I probably will not be using you in the future. I am still having trouble with the garage door closing. I just hope I can get it closed each time before the new opener is installed. And I don’t understand why some people in this neighbor hood have never replaced their openers and we have 3 times!!!

My garage door drum cable got tangled while raising, so I was in a mess. The door would not pull back down, and I certainly didn’t want to leave the door up overnight. Precision was very understanding with my situation. They worked with me to get a technician out the same day. Tony D was very professional and customer friendly. He got the repair done quickly, also adding a new lock and weather strip within 45 minutes. Would certainly use this company again!!

We had a new garage door installed in December 2024 by Precision. The installers were great. Today, one of their technicians, Cole, came and reattached a part of the trim and adjusted the garage door opener. Cole came early, talked me through everything he was doing, and had everything finished in 30 minutes. He was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

We are extremely happy with the service that Precision Garage Door Service provided during their visit to our home. Our garage door was causing us a headache and Precision knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. I can't recommend Precision enough and am thankful that a friend referred them to us. Colin K. is a great technician! He was a good communicator, timely and efficient, and helped us fully understand what was going on with our garage door springs. I trust that we won't need to call Precision back out anytime soon, but if we had to, I feel confident that they would take care of us, and we would welcome Colin back anytime!
