My technician came out and was really helpful. He was understanding about the misunderstanding I had with the scheduler and handled it well. He answered all my questions and even programmed our car remotes to the new garage door opener. He even went out of his way to make sure my floor was clean after he finished by offering to sweep it up before leaving.

I have an old garage (built in 1926) and one of the springs on the door is broken. I only use it for storage because it's very small. I called your company because I know that old buildings are not necessarily "standard size" and thought a larger company would be more likely to have the part and be able to repair it. Issac W came out and took a look. I was not surprised that the part was not in stock but could possibly be ordered. I asked about replacement. He gave me solid advice on repairing and on replacing. After talking to him, I am reassessing what I want to do with this garage. Issac was a very kind, polite, professional young man. I appreciated his patience with an old lady. Your company is lucky to have him on your crew. Thank you for the fast response.

Based on a recommendation from our next door neighbor we selected Precision Overhead Door. We can’t say enough about the promptness of response. With a few clicks of the mouse we had booked an appointment time that was perfect for us. A confirmation was immediately sent to us and a reminder the day prior to a visit. An hour before the appointment time we received a text with a complete bio of the service representative, Austin. Austin looked over our door situation and asked us several questions. Austin then proceeded to create a detailed proposal, sat down with us and explained every item and option. Two days from now we are scheduled for a door replacement including, at our request, replacement of the door opener. We found the price to be very fair and Austin did his very best to give us every available discount. We are looking forward to the installation and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door.

Tony was the most detail-oriented, thorough, efficient, knowlegable, and personable service person EVER! I would be the happiest home owner if everyone who repairs something at our home were like Tony. I chose Precision Garage Door service because of the ease of scheduling through the website also the reviews. Though they have other Technician's, Tony D came out was honest explained in detail what happened, the cause and was going on. He explained thoroughly what was needed for the job to be completed also gave us the choice of the parts needed. We will keep and use Precision Garage doors in the future and highly recommend to others.

Call precision door about a garage door that would not close. Dispatch said someone would be out between four and seven, asked if there was anything earlier. Said she would get back with me call back said someone would be here in an hour. 15 minutes later, Isaac showed up. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, resolve the issueand the door is working again definitely fantastic service and sales associate. Highly recommend precision and thank you Isaac.

Service tech came out and did the best he could to resolve the gaps found under the garage door when it’s closed. He replaced part and went the extra mile to try to seal the door. He gave recommendations on door upgrades to consider and even adjusted the motor so more force would be applied when closing the door. The tech was amazing and I would highly recommend this company. Terrific customer experience!!

Hello! We called Overhead Door Precision Garage Door Service after hours one evening. Our garage door opener was not working properly; it was smoking, gurgling and the door would not go all the way up or down! We were able to make an appointment for the next morning, 8am-10am window. We received a text with our technician's name and a little about him that morning. Teddy showed up and listened to what was going on. He took a look at our opener in total (motor, springs, sensors, track, etc.) He took apart the motor to see what was going on with it. Teddy presented us with the issues (springs and opener) and then with some options. We discussed an insulated door as well, and he was able to give us pricing for that too. Teddy gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do. Once we made a decision, Teddy got right to work and did a fantastic job. Once everything was installed, he explained the opener, how it worked, the new features it had (Wi-Fi, battery back-up, etc.) and let us know about the warranty, what maintenance would help extend the life of the opener, and he finished up by lubricating the opener and door and cleaning up. Teddy took me through the invoice and the required signatures, and explained the pricing, what was taxed, etc. He let me know that I would receive an email copy of the invoice, along with the quotes for the insulated doors, in case we wanted to pursue that at a later time. We have had Precision Door out several times over the life of our opener and they have always done a wonderful job! This experience solidifies our five-start rating! Thank you Teddy!
