We had a problem closing our garage door and a service tech came to our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up needing a new garage door opener. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will recommend this business to anyone I know having issues with their garage door. I appreciated the excellent service!

Broken double garage door.....made same day appointment. Nick came on time, listened, was very professional, gave me options for repair/replace and repaired my door as we discussed. Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.
