We used Precision at our previous home. People are friendly and seem to know what to do. We live in a new house built by D R Horton and everything was done quickly and cheaply. Mike serviced our door and put in a couple of missing screws. Easy to work with and not expensive. Bob Jackson

The tech arrived a few minutes before they said he would (on a Sunday, no less) and was very professional throughout. My wife had some company she was visiting with so I hung out in the garage with the tech while he replaced the springs, rollers, and brackets. He answered all my questions and was a really nice guy. He clearly knew what he as doing. I would tell you the price was consistent with their competitors but I don’t know that. My prior experience with Precision when they installed the motor is all I needed to go back to them. And I won’t check their competitors next time either.

We received excellent service. It was immediate with a careful evaluation of the problem. They provided options and a good recommendation. The service team communicated well and the technician was outstanding and very professional. We will never call anyone else. Precision was recommended to us by two different people as we had used another company in the past. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service provider for garage doors!

Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. He was very personable and we really appreciate his thoroughness.

1. The customer service rep asked all the right questions and set up an appointment quickly and accurately. In fact, she was the first CSR that actually knew to ask me about the sound that the door was making! Very impressive. 2. My technician was early to the appointment, listened to my description of the problem, and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He was polite, professional, and expert in his craft. Precision is an outstanding service team!
