called for an appointment and received same day service. Andrew called and could come early which worked out. He gave me several options and no pressure on which ones to choose. Answered my questions without influencing my decision. Replaced everything except the actual door, did a fantastic job. I cannot even hear the door open now, it is amazing. Great company, great service. Definitely highly recommend them.

Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.
